The Epcot Festival Favorites booth brings back fan-favorite dishes to the 2025 Food & Wine Festival. We visited to try the two food options and, of course, we wrote a review.

Epcot Festival Favorites Global Marketplace

The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is full of global flavors, but one of the best hidden gems is the Epcot Festival Favorites Global Marketplace. Unlike the brand-new booths that debut each year, Festival Favorites highlights dishes that celebrate the festival’s history and showcase flavors guests love returning to again and again.

We stopped by Epcot Festival Favorites Global Marketplace to try the two featured food items, and we were glad we did. Even better, this booth opens at 9:30 AM, earlier than most festival booths that typically begin serving at 11:00 AM. If you want to kick off your Food & Wine day early, this is the perfect stop.
Potato Pierogi with Kielbasa

- Served with Caramelized Onions and Sour Cream
- $6.00
The pierogi is a hearty bite that pairs well with the savory slice of kielbasa. While the caramelized onions are meant to add depth, ours tasted a bit average and didn’t shine as we had hoped. Still, the sour cream helps balance the flavors with its cool, creamy texture. We found that the pierogis tasted far better with either the kielbasa or onions than they did by themselves. This functions similarly with the need to enhance the pierogi with the caramelized onions, like the Alchemist’s Platter at Universal Epic Universe.
At $6, this dish is filling enough for the price. Realistically, most guests wouldn’t make a pierogi entrée like this at home unless using frozen pierogis, so the Epcot Festival Favorites booth is a great way to sample this kind of classic comfort food.
Curry-Spiced Fried Cheese

- Served with Mango-Curry Ketchup
- $5.25
Cheese lovers will be happy here. Guests get four fried cheese sticks for just over $5, making this one of the better portion values at the festival. The only drawback? The curry flavor doesn’t bring much spice. The fried batter is a little heavy, which overshadows the cheese. Still, the mango-curry ketchup provides a nice tangy sweetness that keeps things interesting. This dish is approachable and fun, even if the curry kick is lighter than expected.

This Epcot Festival Favorites dish will not become the most popular must-do for the event. However, the fried cheese dish offers value and simplicity.
Epcot Festival Favorites Global Marketplace

The Epcot Festival Favorites Global Marketplace isn’t about flash. Still, it is about comfort food and filling portions at a reasonable price point. Both dishes are satisfying, especially if you’re looking to try something you probably wouldn’t cook at home.
The pierogi works best when enjoyed with the sour cream and sausage, while the fried cheese delivers value even if the flavors don’t quite hit a bold curry note. If you’re planning a full day of grazing through Food & Wine, this booth is worth adding to your list. ✅ Pro Tip: Since Epcot Festival Favorites opens at 9:30 AM, it’s a great first stop before the rest of the festival booths open at 11:00.
