Coastal Eats Global Marketplace returns to Epcot Food & Wine Festival 2025 with new seafood dishes. See the full menu, prices, and reviews of each new item.

We recently visited the Coastal Eats Global Marketplace at the 2025 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. This festival location opened on September 28, like the Gyozas of the Galaxy Global Marketplace. Those two food and beverage booths opened one month after the event’s opening day.
Coastal Eats Global Marketplace at Epcot Food & Wine Festival 2025

The Coastal Eats Global Marketplace resides near Creations Shop, on the side of the building facing towards Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind and Test Track. Additionally, it is located very near the Gyozas of the Galaxy Global Marketplace.
Coastal Eats Global Marketplace Menu

The Coastal Eats Global Marketplace menu presents guests with three food options. Each one costs $7.50. Two are new this year for the festival. The options include:
- Lump Crab Cake – with cajun-spiced vinegar slaw and rémoulade
- Peruvian Ceviche – with mahi mahi, shrimp, sweet potato, chulpe, choclo, and leche de tigre (New)
- Seaside Pot Pie – with shrimp, scallops, crawfish tails, and lobster bisque topped with puff pastry (New)
During our most recent visit, we ordered the two new items for 2025, the Peruvian Ceviche and the Seaside Pot Pie. We will start with the Peruvian Ceviche.
Peruvian Ceviche at Coastal Eats Global Marketplace

This ceviche comes in a coconut-like bowl, which enhances the already high-quality presentation. From chatting with colleagues, we quickly determined that the preparation varies widely with this Epcot Food & Wine Festival dish. The main component that varies from order to order is the leche de tigre, the flavorful citrus marinade. Guests ordering this felt it lacked a zesty flavor, finding it too overpowering in terms of lemon zest.

Our order consisted of very robust flavors. The leche de tigre dominated the ceviche. That does not mean it is a bad ceviche. We have tasted many theme park festival ceviches, wondering where the citrus component was. However, our group found the shrimp and mahi mahi got overwhelmed, not allowing them to shine.
Most guests will appreciate the whole kernel corn, chulpe and choclo. The sweet potato component tasted more like carrots. In fact, we know some colleagues told us that they were confused by carrots in a ceviche. In fairness, we were not sure if they were sweet potatoes of carrots.

Nonetheless, despite our concerns, the Peruvian Ceviche makes a fantastic festival item, fitting the Coastal Eats Global Marketplace theme. As we told other guests walking by during our dining adventure, this would be a challenge for most people to make at home. The price point is not bad for this type of dish. Sure, we would have preferred a more balanced dish. Still, those looking for the citrus flavor of a ceviche will find it (most likely) with this festival item.
Seafood Pot Pie at Coastal Eats Global Marketplace

At this Epcot International Food & Wine location, guests can order something with an entirely different flavor profile: a Seafood Pot Pie. Instead of citrus, guests should expect a buttery flavor with this one.

The dish looks impressive. We suggest getting a spoon to enjoy this festival option. While the puff pastry offers a sturdy structure, guests will find a “soupy” looking interior to this pot pie. Guests should save some of the puff pastry to dip into the pot pie interior.
Although lobster bisque is listed in the menu description, we were surprised by the amount of liquid in the container once we cracked open the puff pastry. This festival version of lobster bisque was very buttery. Ours was so buttery that the spoon we were using needed an oil change during the process.
To Butter or Not To Butter?

Still, when factoring in the butter aspect, the bisque is robust. However, many guests will feel it overwhelms the seafood components. While we thought the amount of seafood was fair for this price point, the liquid factor made the pot pie less enjoyable.
Like the Peruvian Ceviche, we have concerns. Despite those, this dish provides a good theme park festival option. For under $8, most guests will consider this a good deal. In fact, fans of seafood, flaky puff pastry, and butter will race to the Coastal Eats Global Marketplace repeatedly.
Also, like the Peruvian Ceviche, this festival food item will suffer from wide swings in terms of preparation. Some of that is in the nature of the dish. Still, the seafood preparation needs to maintain its quality during this festival to be as good as it was during its first few days of availability.
