This sprawling 8,600-square-foot venue features a high-energy atmosphere anchored by 17 extra-large HDTVs, including a massive video wall that ensures a prime view of every big game.

The highlight of the experience is an expansive drink menu boasting over 90 local and global craft beers on tap, with 30% of the handles dedicated to Florida breweries. Complementing the brews is a “chef-driven” menu of classic American fare with modern twists. Signature dishes include Buffalo Chicken Dip, Kung Pao Cauliflower, and their famous Smoked BBQ Ribs. Whether you’re dining on the spacious outdoor patio or at the lively bar, it offers a premier casual dining experience.

During a recent visit, we explored the recently revamped menu at City Works Eatery & Pour House. With the introduction of new items to its menu, one standout dish has quickly earned our attention: the Tuna Sliders. After trying them ourselves, this dish left a strong impression thanks to bold flavors, quality ingredients, and a surprisingly high level of spice by theme-park standards.

Priced at $17.95, guests receive three sliders, making this a shareable option (assuming you have a group of three) that still feels substantial. From presentation to execution, the tuna sliders feel like a thoughtful twist on classic bar food rather than an afterthought.

Walt Disney World and other theme park resort restaurants are not known for selling much food with a spicy kick, even when it would be appropriate. However, with these sliders, the heat is noticeable from the first bite and builds as you continue eating, especially thanks to the spicy mayo and pickled chiles. While not extreme, it’s bold enough that spice-sensitive guests should be aware of it.

That said, the heat never overwhelms the dish. The tuna and other components came well prepared, ensuring the sliders remained balanced rather than fiery for the sake of being spicy. Our group especially enjoyed how the flavors worked together, savory, tangy, and spicy elements working in harmony rather than competing.

Quality Ingredients Shine Through

One of the most impressive elements of the dish was how well each component was executed. The tuna was cooked exactly as described, tender and flavorful without being overpowered by seasoning or sauce. The kimchi added crunch and acidity, while the green onions and sesame seeds provided freshness and texture.

Even the mini brioche buns stood out. Soft yet sturdy, they held everything together without becoming soggy, to eat, an often-overlooked detail that can make or break sliders. The quality of the buns helped elevate the dish beyond standard bar fare and made each slider enjoyable to eat.

City Works is known for burgers, tacos, and comfort-forward dishes, but this menu item feels more adventurous while still fitting the restaurant’s overall vibe.
