If you are looking for the ultimate comfort food during your next trip to Disney Springs, look no further than the West Side. City Works Eatery & Pour House recently debuted a refreshed menu for 2026, and while there are plenty of heavy hitters, one “Bar Bite” is stealing the show: the Maple Bacon Tots.

The Ultimate Sweet and Savory Combo

Maple Bacon Tots

There is something magical about the combination of salt, grease, and sugar, and these tots hit every note perfectly. The dish starts with a generous pile of golden, crispy tater tots, but it’s the toppings that elevate it to a signature snack. They are tossed in a hot honey maple glaze that provides a sticky, sweet heat, then loaded with plenty of chopped hardwood-smoked bacon. To balance out the sweetness, the kitchen adds a kick of black pepper and a drizzle of spicy mayo. A sprinkle of fresh green onions finishes the plate, adding a much-needed brightness to the rich flavors.

Overall, these lean toward the hearty, savory side. Still, with the hot honey maple glaze, sweet-and-savory fans will love this. Our group actually compared the Maple Bacon Tots to chicken and waffles. Of course, this bar bite lacks those components.

City Works: The Ultimate Disney Springs Sports Hub

City Works Disney Springs

Located in the heart of the West Side, City Works Eatery & Pour House is far more than your average bar. This massive 8,600-square-foot venue is a premier destination for both craft beer enthusiasts and sports fans alike. Inside, you’ll find a high-energy atmosphere anchored by 17 extra-large HDTVs, including a stunning 168-inch video wall that ensures you never miss a moment of the big game.

The “Pour House” side of the name is well-earned, featuring an incredible selection of over 90 local and global craft beers on tap. With about 30% of those handles dedicated to Florida-based breweries, it is one of the best spots in Walt Disney World to sample local flavors. Whether you prefer the sprawling indoor dining room or the spacious outdoor patio, the restaurant provides a welcoming, upbeat vibe perfect for families or large groups looking to celebrate after a long day in the parks.

Maple Bacon Tots: Perfect for the Table

One of the best things about the Maple Bacon Tots is the excellent portion size. Priced at $11.95, it is a substantial serving that is incredibly shareable. Whether you are grabbing a beer and watching a game on one of their 17 massive HDTVs or looking for a starter before diving into a burger or the Smoked BBQ Ribs, this dish is the perfect size for two or three people to split.

When guests join the free Bottleneck rewards program, they get a free “bar bites” option, which includes these. Also, City Works Eatery & Pour House has “Happy Hour” Monday through Friday from 3-6 p.m. The Maple Bacon Tots are only $8 during that time window.

City Works has always been a reliable spot for elevated bar food, but these tots feel like a deliberate step toward creating a “destination snack” at Disney Springs. They are fun, indulgent, and exactly what you want to eat while soaking in the lively atmosphere of the West Side. Next time you find yourself wandering near the Cirque du Soleil theater, drop into City Works and put an order in. Your sweet tooth (and your savory cravings) will thank you.
