It is that time of year again. The new rotation of the City Works Eatery & Pour House Chef Selects Menu starts today. So far this year, we have enjoyed the delicious items from the previous Chef Selects runs. This new collection will be the last of the options for 2025, with the next new Chef Selects City Works menu items set to arrive in January 2026.
What is the Chef Selects City Works Menu?
The Chef Selects Menu at City Works Eatery & Pour House is a limited-time, rotating series that features innovative and seasonal dishes. It’s designed to showcase the culinary team’s creativity, often exploring global flavors and trending food concepts.
Past selections have included fusion items like Smoked Brisket Reuben Egg Rolls and Korean Smashburger Tacos. The menu changes approximately every eight weeks, offering guests new and exciting food and drink pairings. It’s a great way to try unique, chef-driven twists beyond the restaurant’s staple American classics.
The Chef Selects Menu usually contains an appetizer, an entrée, and two new beverages. These menu options serve as seasonal options, such as the past Oktoberfest items, and also serve as test runs for possible new permanent menu items. Another Disney Springs restaurant, Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, used a similar method when recently adding new menu items.
The New Chef Selects City Works Items for Late 2025
For this round of the Chef Selects Menu, the chefs at City Works have changed things up a little. Guests can enjoy an entrée and a dessert—there is no appetizer in this version. So, what is on the Chef Selects City Works menu to finish out 2025?
- Ribeye – 14 oz Rib Eye steak, smoked garlic butter, charred brussels sprouts with bacon jam, chipotle-cheddar mashed potatoes, crispy potato haystack
- Campfire Fried Ice Cream – Crispy fried ice cream, toasted marshmallow, bourbon caramel, chocolate sauce, graham cracker crumbles, smoked almonds, whipped cream
- Spiced Pear Red Sangria – Imagery Pinot Noir, St. George Spiced Pear Liqueur, Cointreau, Simple Syrup, Apple Juice
- Root Beer White Russian – Absolut, Kahlua, Root Beer, Cream
How Long Will These Items Be Available?
City Works Eatery & Pour House revealed that this collection of limited-time menu items will close out the year. These will be around through December 31, 2025. Based on that, we expect the new Chef Selects Menu items to start on January 1, 2026.
