City Works Chef Selects

Big news for foodies visiting Disney Springs. City Works Eatery & Pour House has just officially launched its latest Chef Selects menu. Starting today, February 25, guests can explore a fresh lineup of four limited-time culinary creations.

These dishes are designed to tap into current food trends while delivering the bold, satisfying flavors City Works is known for. If you are planning a trip to the West Side of Disney Springs soon, keep in mind that these items are only available for an eight-week window, wrapping up on April 21.

City Works Chef Selects: What’s on the Menu?

This round of Chef Selects features two savory shareables and two handcrafted cocktails:

Volcano Tots
  • Volcano Tots ($18.95): City Works is bringing the heat with these Togarashi-spiced tater tots. They come loaded with volcano crab, sriracha, soy glaze, sesame seeds, and green onions.
  • Steak Sliders ($23.95): For a more classic comfort vibe, these sliders feature grilled NY Strip steak, horseradish cream, and caramelized onions on mini brioche buns.
  • Mint Condition: A smooth, dessert-like cocktail featuring Jameson, Baileys Irish Cream, Green Crème de Menthe, and cream.
  • Fool’s Gold: A bright but potent mix of High West Double Rye, honey syrup, lavender syrup, and lemon juice.

City Works Eatery & Pour House recently launched a major City Works menu update, bringing bold new energy to its Disney Springs location. Perfect for game-day snacking, the refreshed lineup features standout additions like Maple Bacon Tots, tossed in hot honey maple and black pepper, and Tuna Sliders with kimchi and spicy mayo. Seafood lovers can dive into the massive new Seafood Platter, which combines beer-battered cod, spicy shrimp, and Crab Rangoon Mozzarella Sticks. These updates perfectly complement their 90+ craft beers, ensuring every visit offers a fresh, chef-driven twist on classic American fare.

Whether you’re looking for a spicy kick with the City Works Chef Selects Volcano Tots or a sophisticated sip like the Fool’s Gold, these items offer a great excuse to grab a table and enjoy the atmosphere. Since the Chef Selects program rotates every two months, make sure to catch these before the next “fresh drop” arrives in late April. Of course, you can always try the revamped City Works everyday menu.
