A new City Works Chef Selects menu arrived at Disney Springs, featuring new food and drinks. Here is what we know so far and what we are watching. Also, we are confused (and maybe City Works is as well) about how long these menu items will be around!

City Works Chef Selects is about to rotate again. Running through January 5, 2027, City Works Eatery & Pour House at Disney Springs will roll out a new round of limited-time food and drinks. We are already clearing space on the calendar (and in our stomachs). That date lines up neatly with the end of the current round, since the August lineup ran through October 6.

We do have one concern. As of this writing, the City Works Eatery & Pour House website indicates the new Chef Selects Menu items will be available through January 5, 2027. However, it also states: “New dishes and cocktails. Eight weeks to try them.” We have emailed contacts for clarification and will update when we know more.

UPDATE: On October 9, we went to confirm details in person. The sign outside City Works Eatery & Pour House indicated that the new Chef Selects Menu items will only be available through December 29. However, we also received an official email that morning which indicated the dishes would be there through January 5. Like we said, maybe we are all confused. We will update this article since we have requested comment again!

Fall Sips Already Waiting at City Works

While we wait on the new Chef Selects drinks, there is already a fall sipper situation at City Works. The Pumpkin Spice Lemonade and Pumpkin Spice Dirty Soda debuted August 11 and were slated to run through November 30, which means they should still be around alongside the new lineup. In our full tasting, both drinks delivered real pumpkin spice flavor. The lemonade was the more refreshing of the two, while the dirty soda leaned sweeter and more dessert-like thanks to the sweet cream. Pro tip from that visit: stir the lemonade often so the syrup doesn’t settle at the bottom.

A Look Back at the August City Works Chef Selects Menu Items

An overhead, flat-lay shot of a restaurant meal from the City Works Chef Selects menu, arranged on a textured copper tabletop. On the left, a white bowl holds a crisp salad featuring spinach, shredded carrots, and diced avocado atop triangular, golden-brown crispy rice cakes. On the right, a white plate presents a gourmet burger topped with melted cheese, mushrooms, and fried onion rings, served with a large side of french fries and a small cup of ketchup. Two colorful, iced cocktails with fruit garnishes—one orange-pink and one deep red—are positioned near the plates.

If you want a sense of how City Works approaches these rotations, our review of the August Chef Selects is a good place to start. That round featured Smoked Brisket Reuben Egg Rolls ($16.95), a French Onion Flatbread ($20.95), and Beer Battered Onion Rings ($17.95) created with Disney Day Drinkers. On the drink side, the Harvest Highball and Chocolate Banana Bread Old Fashioned were each $15.95.For full disclosure, we were hosted for that visit.

Our takeaways: the onion rings showed off the extra labor, with a thick batter that stayed crispy around a full onion, and the flatbread was a generous, shareable vegetarian option (just do not expect it to taste like French onion soup). The returning egg rolls also got a price bump, from $15.45 to $16.95, which is worth keeping in mind when the October prices land. City Works has been rotating these menus regularly, and you can see how past rounds shaped up in our July 2026 Chef Selects coverage and our look at last year’s menu lineup.
