Taco Bueno is officially bringing back two fan-favorite menu items this fall, giving Tex-Mex lovers a delicious reason to visit their local drive-thru or restaurant/ Back by popular demand for a limited time, guests can once again indulge in Taco Bueno’s slow-cooked brisket and Tajín-seasoned Street Corn Elote. This seasonal release combines authentic Texas-style smoked brisket with vibrant flavors inspired by traditional Mexican street corn, bringing together two iconic menu offerings in a bold, customizable way.
Taco Bueno Brisket Elote: Bold Tex-Mex Favorites Return
The limited-time brisket lineup offers plenty of ways to satisfy your craving for savory, slow-cooked Texas BBQ. Guests can enjoy slow-cooked brisket wrapped inside tacos, baked into cheesy quesadillas, or piled high in loaded queso bowl options.
Alongside the brisket, Taco Bueno’s Street Corn Elote returns with a signature blend of zesty citrus notes and mild heat. This year’s version is proudly prepared with Tajín, incorporating the chili-lime seasoning directly into the recipe for a signature blend of citrusy, zesty notes and mild heat in every bite.
Guests can order a side of Street Corn Elote on its own or customize their favorite dishes by making any meal “Elote Style.” For just 30 cents, guests can add the Tajín-seasoned street corn directly to any brisket item.
