Hold on to your tastebuds, my foodie friends! City Works Eatery & Pour House at Disney Springs has cooked up something special just in time for the warming weather. The Disney Springs restaurant revealed its brand-new “Chef Selects Menu.” This looks like a vibrant journey through unexpected flavors and colorful creations.

Available from April 22nd through June 16th, this menu is a short-run celebration of spring, with items you won’t find on the main menu. City Works Disney Springs is known for its massive beer tap list and solid American fare with a twist, but this selection shows a fun, slightly more adventurous side. The new Chef Selects Menu items replace the Steak Sliders and Volcano Tots that guests enjoyed for the previous eight-week period.
A Modern Twist on a Classic: Pastor Pork Tenderloin on the Chef Selects Menu
This entrée takes the robust flavors of al pastor and elevates them onto a gorgeous plate. This $30.95 (Gluten-free) dish features marinated pork tenderloin served on a bed of cilantro-lime rice. Still, the real stars are the toppings: a zesty grilled pineapple salsa, fresh cilantro and white onion, all drizzled with a rich, smoky adobo sauce and finished with delicate micro cilantro. This promises a perfect balance of smoky, sweet, and savory.
Pure Carnival Joy: Funfetti Funnel Cake at City Works Disney Springs

Ready to unleash your inner child? The Funfetti Funnel Cake ($12.45) is an absolute party on a plate. This decadent dessert starts with a classic, crispy funnel cake base. It’s then piled high with a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream, smothered in a unique orange cream cheese frosting (think orange creamsicle!), swirled with tart berry jam, and topped with a generous layer of Fruity Pebbles and a dusting of powdered sugar for the ultimate retro crunch. It’s messy, colorful, and guaranteed to satisfy any sweet tooth. This is the kind of dessert that demands to be shared (or maybe not!).
The Perfect Pours: Limited-Time Cocktails
You can’t visit City Works without trying a craft beverage, right? To pair with these dishes, they’ve introduced two new spring cocktails:
- Lavender Margarita ($15.95): This sophisticated take on a classic uses Lunazul Blanco Tequila, Cointreau, and a beautiful lavender syrup for an aromatic, floral twist. Balanced with agave syrup and housemade sour mix, it’s a refreshing sip perfect for a warm afternoon.
- Spicy Watermelon Paloma ($15.95): If you like a little heat, this is for you. Camarena Silver Tequila is combined with fresh lime juice, a kicky chili simple syrup, sweet watermelon syrup, and topped with effervescent grapefruit soda. It’s sweet, spicy, and incredibly crisp.
A Limited-Time Chef Selects Menu Feast at City Works Disney Springs
These unique dishes and drinks are only available for about eight weeks, so you’ll want to plan your Disney Springs trip accordingly. Whether you’re craving the sophisticated fusion of the pork tenderloin or the nostalgic explosion of the funnel cake, the Chef Selects menu at City Works Disney Springs offers a potentially fantastic, limited-time dining experience.
