It’s officially that time again—spring may have just started, but spooky season planning is already underway. This morning, tickets and select add-ons for Halloween Horror Nights 2026 at Universal Orlando Resort began rolling out, signaling the start of the annual frenzy for one of the world’s most popular theme park events. And if history tells us anything…some of these things will not last.
HHN Tickets 2026: A 35-Year Legacy of Nightmares Returns
Before we dive into ticket options, let’s set the stage.
Halloween Horror Nights 2026 is shaping up to be a major milestone year—the event’s 35th anniversary. The event will run on select nights from August 28 through November 1, 2026, once again taking over Universal Studios Florida with haunted houses, scare zones, and live entertainment. This separately ticketed nighttime event is known for delivering 10 haunted houses, multiple scare zones, and high-energy shows, making it one of the most intense Halloween experiences anywhere.
HHN Tickets 2026 Are Now On Sale (Yes, Already)

Universal has begun releasing 2026 ticket options, starting with the essentials and expanding into premium experiences. While full pricing tiers and every detail may still be rolling out, here’s what is typically included, and what we’re already seeing drop today:
Core Ticket Options
Single-Night Tickets
This is your basic entry into the fog.
- Valid for one event night
- Prices vary by date (cheaper early season, pricier near Halloween)
- Historically start around the lower tier and climb based on demand
Translation: If you want to go cheap, August and early September are your best bet.

Additionally, Stay & Scream Tickets are back this year, allowing guests without daytime admission to enter Universal Studios Florida at 2:00 p.m. this year.
HHN Tickets 2026: Premium Scream Night(s)
Premium Scream Night returns allowing guests to enjoy a lower crowd level event before HHN 2026 officially begins. However, this year Universal Orlando is trying somethign different with Premium Scream Night. For the first time, Premium Scream Night at Halloween Horror Nights 35 will offer two nights to choose from with tickets on sale now. Aug 27th and Oct 18th. Guests that attended this event last year may be eligible for a discount this year. They should check their email.
Vacation Packages & Bundles
Universal typically bundles HHN tickets with hotel stays and park admission, and those are expected to return as well.
These packages can include:
- One-night HHN admission
- Daytime park tickets

Guests can now purchase select tickets, upgrades and packages for the 35th anniversary of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando, including:
- Single-night tickets valid on any one event night;
- Halloween Horror Nights Universal Express Passes, which allows guests to skip the regular lines at haunted houses and participating attractions;
- The R.I.P Tour, which provides a guided tour with priority VIP entry to haunted houses and attractions, plus other premium benefits;
- Guests can add the Scream Early ticket to their Halloween Horror Nights admission to enjoy access to Universal Studios Florida, park attractions and select haunted houses starting at 2 p.m. before the event officially starts;
- The popular lights-on Behind the Screams: Unmasking the Horror Tour, where guests get a special behind-the-scenes look at select haunted houses during the day;
- And the opportunity to stay, scream and save up to $200 (package savings vary based on length of stay) on a special vacation package that includes one-night admission to Halloween Horror Nights, daytime admission to enjoy Universal’s theme parks – including Universal Epic Universe, and hotel accommodations at one of Universal Orlando’s 11 highly themed hotels.
