The SeaWorld Christmas Celebration Menu starts Nov. 6 with new ravioli, beignets, wings, and cocktails. There are twelve new items, six returning favorites, and many changes from 2025. Browse all 16 huts in the SeaWorld Orlando Christmas Celebration menu.

The SeaWorld Christmas Celebration menu is here, and it is not just a copy-and-paste of last year. SeaWorld Orlando’s holiday event starts Nov. 6, and the park has posted the food and drink lineup for all 16 huts. Twelve items carry a “New” flag, six are labeled returning favorites, and a long list of 2025 dishes did not make the cut.

We covered last year’s lineup in our SeaWorld Christmas Celebration food guide, so we put the two menus side by side. Below you will find the biggest changes, every hut with its 2026 food and drinks, and the basics you need before you go. SeaWorld Christmas Celebration Menu Basics

Here is what guests need to know before heading to SeaWorld Orlando this holiday season:

• Dates: The Christmas Celebration runs on select dates from Nov. 6, 2026, to Jan. 4, 2027.
• Admission: The event is included with park admission or a SeaWorld Annual Pass. No separate ticket or reservation is required.
• Food hut hours: SeaWorld Orlando says the huts open at 4:00 p.m. and stay open until closing on event dates. Check the park hours page before you go, because the event does not run every day.
• Drinks: The official menu marks alcoholic drinks with an asterisk, and we have tagged those 21+ below. Bring a valid ID.
• Outside food: No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed. You can bring a bottle of water or a refillable water bottle, and exceptions can be made for special dietary needs such as food allergies and baby food or formula. Contact Park Security or Guest Relations when you arrive.
• Pass Members: SeaWorld says Annual Pass Members receive discounts on food, merchandise and upgrades.
• Rain: Many of the entertainment options are indoors and run rain or shine.

Beyond the Food: Shows, Santa, and Seasonal Traditions

The food is only part of the evening. SeaWorld Orlando lists Miracles as a new addition this year: a holiday show built around the park’s orcas, lights, and music. Other returning highlights include Clyde & Seamore’s Countdown to Christmas, O Wondrous Night, Winter Wonderland on Ice, the Sesame Street Christmas Parade, Mrs. Claus’ Magic Kitchen, and the Sea of Trees, which is topped by a 70 foot Christmas centerpiece.

Santa meets guests at Waterway Grill, and Rudolph and Bumble hold court at Rudolph’s Christmas Town on the Pipeline Pathway. Dinner with Santa is offered on select nights through the park’s Christmas Celebration upgrades page. Public ice skating at Bayside Stadium costs extra. The night wraps with Holiday Reflections: Fireworks Finale at park close on event nights through Dec. 31.

Seasonal traditions return as well: the Hanukkah Celebration (Dec. 4 to 12), Kwanzaa Festivities (Dec. 26 to Jan. 1), New Year’s Eve fireworks on Dec. 31, and the Three Kings Celebration (Jan. 3 to 6). SeaWorld Orlando also mentions an all-new Christmas Market for holiday shopping.

Compared with our 2025 food and beverage guide, the 2026 lineup keeps the same 16 hut count but shuffles a lot of the furniture. The headline changes:

Three Cheese Ravioli, Ropa Vieja Festiva and Holiday Wings lead the new savory options, with a cognac lobster bisque joining the Waffle Wonderland hut. On the drink side, the new Waterway Bar cocktails, the beer hut, and a longer list of non-alcoholic specialty drinks mean there is more to sip no matter who you are with. The trade-off is that some 2025 favorites are gone, so if you had a go-to dish last year, double-check before you plan your evening around it.

All items below come from SeaWorld Orlando’s official Christmas Celebration eat and shop page. Items marked 21+ contain alcohol. SeaWorld notes that items are subject to availability and may change.

SeaWorld Christmas Celebration Menu Hut #1: Claus Cookie Co.

Food

• Deep Dish Cookies: Chocolate Chip, M&M or S’mores

Drinks

• Frozen Hot Cocoa: S’mores or Salted Caramel
• Frozen Eggnog Delight: topped with whipped cream and caramel drizzle
• Make Any Drink Jolly (21+): add Peppermint Schnapps, Baileys Irish Cream, Kahlua or Peanut Butter Whiskey

Compared to 2025: Last year this hut also sold the Carrol’s Wreath Soft Pretzel, which is not on this year’s page. Salted Caramel is a new frozen cocoa flavor, and Peanut Butter Whiskey joins the Make Any Drink Jolly list.

Hut #2: Baking Spirits High

Food

• Rosemary Garlic Lamb Chops: bourbon cranberry sauce with sweet potato mash
• NEW: Three Cheese Ravioli: ricotta, pecorino and mozzarella ravioli in a chardonnay cream, topped with julienned prosciutto and red peppers
• Berries & Cream Pavlova: crispy meringue shell filled with whipped cream and topped with fresh berries

Drinks

• Maple Bourbon Sour (21+): bourbon, lemon juice and maple, garnished with candied bacon
• Cranberry Kringle (21+): cranberry juice, peach schnapps and vodka
• North Pole Cosmo (21+): vodka, blueberry, blue curacao, white cranberry juice and lime juice

Compared to 2025: Lamb chops return with a new sauce (olive tapenade last year). The biscuit pot pie, Yuletide Pasta and gingerbread cake are not listed, and neither is last year’s red blend. SeaWorld’s page names this hut Baking Spirits High, after Baking Spirits Bright in 2025. Maple Bourbon Sour and North Pole Cosmo carry over.

SeaWorld Christmas Celebration Menu Hut #3: ’Tis the Season Beignets

Food

• NEW: S’mores Beignets: chocolate sauce, graham cracker crumble and marshmallows
• Banana Foster Beignets: glaze and bananas
• NEW: Lotus Biscoff Cookie Butter Beignets: Biscoff, cookie butter and powdered sugar

Drinks

• Nogged Out Cream Ale (21+): Intracoastal Brewing Company ale
• Returning Favorite: Gingerbread Martini (21+): Calypso spiced rum, RumChata and gingerbread syrup
• Yule Tide: apple cider, apple juice, cinnamon and a sugar rim

Compared to 2025: All three of last year’s beignet flavors (Oreo, Blueberries & Cream, Strawberries & Cream) are off the list, replaced by a fresh trio. The Gingerbread Martini is back, while Christmas Cheers is not listed.

Hut #4: Christmas Comforts

Food

• Bison Burger: aged cheddar, bacon and onion jam
• Festive Garlic Parm Waffle Fries: butter, parsley and parmesan
• Hummingbird Cupcake: lightly spiced cupcake topped with cream cheese frosting

Drinks

• Jingle Juice: pomegranate juice, orange juice and sparkling water, garnished with mint and an orange slice
• Returning Favorite: Not Santa’s Milk & Cookies (21+): RumChata, vanilla, vodka and cinnamon, garnished with ginger snap crumbs

Compared to 2025: The bison burger returns with new toppings (it came with pimento cheese dip in 2025), and the waffle fries trade hot honey for garlic and parmesan. The clam chowder and Santa’s Mini Apple Pie are not listed.

SeaWorld Christmas Celebration Menu Hut #5: Holly Jolly Cookies & Cocoa

Food

• Deep Dish Cookies: Chocolate Chip, M&M or S’mores

Drinks

• Classic Hot Cocoa: premium creamy hot cocoa made with milk
• Premium Specialty Hot Cocoa: served in a souvenir cup with your choice of Peppermint, Peanut Butter, S’mores or Biscoff, topped with whipped cream

Compared to 2025: The specialty cocoa now spells out its four flavors. Last year’s Oatmeal Raisin and Double Chocolate cookies are not listed.

Hut #6: Festin’ Feliz

Food

• NEW: Ropa Vieja Festiva: shredded beef, peppers, olives and tomato sauce, served with tostones
• Returning Favorite: Arroz con Lechon: black beans and rice, roasted pork and sweet plantain
• Returning Favorite: Holiday Empanadas: beef and cheese empanada
• Guava & Cheese Quesito: pastry filled with cream cheese and guava, topped with sugar

Drinks

• Red Sangria (21+): notes of orange and vanilla
• Coquito (21+): vanilla, coconut milk, coconut cream, rum and spices
• Jolly Bliss: cranberry juice and Sprite, garnished with a rosemary sprig

Compared to 2025: Tostones and Tres Leches Cake were new in 2025. This year the tostones move under the new Ropa Vieja Festiva, and the tres leches is not listed. The guava and cheese quesito is new to the lineup.

Hut #7: Holly Jolly Cookies & Cocoa (second location)

Compared to 2025: SeaWorld Orlando lists a second stand under the same name as Hut #5, giving cookie and cocoa fans another spot to refuel.

• Claus Creamy Cognac Lobster Bisque: finished with a sour cream drizzle and chives

Compared to 2025: Chicken and waffles stay, now with maple hot honey (Mike’s Hot Honey and scallions last year). The Montecristo Waffle and Sweet Potato Pie are not listed. Yes, there is a lobster bisque at a marine life park. We will not be taking questions.

Hut #9: Waterway Bar

Food

• Holiday Bell Pretzel: butter soft salted pretzel

• Frozen Jack & Coke (21+): Jack Daniel’s and Coca-Cola
• Frozen Piña Colada: coconut, pineapple and cherry
• Frozen Margarita (21+): tequila and lime
• NEW: Apple Maple Mule (21+): Crown Royal Apple, maple syrup, apple cider and ginger beer
• NEW: Cranberry Cheer Paloma (21+): tequila, cranberry, triple sec and grapefruit juice

Compared to 2025: This is the biggest cocktail refresh at the event. Four new drinks take over from last year’s French 75, Spicy Margarita, Strawberry Mule and Bourbon Street Daisy. The Frozen Jack & Coke and Piña Colada return, and the Snowman Holiday Soft Pretzel becomes the Holiday Bell Pretzel.

SeaWorld Christmas Celebration Menu Hut #10: Do Knot Open Till Christmas

Food

• Kris Kringle Pretzel Melt: turkey, Swiss and honey mustard
• Festive Beer Cheese Pretzel Nuggets: salted pretzel nuggets served with warm beer cheese
• Gingerbread Tiramisu: tiramisu topped with a gingerbread cookie

Drinks

• Glühwein (21+): warm wine infused with cinnamon and star anise
• Holiday Peppermint Nog (21+): eggnog, white chocolate liqueur, vanilla vodka and peppermint schnapps, garnished with a candy cane

Compared to 2025: The name is a pun swap from last year’s Donut Open Till Christmas, and the menu swaps donuts for pretzels. The Apple Cider Cronut Chicken Sandwich, Shaka Festive Donut and Apple Cider Glazed Donut are not listed. Glühwein carries over.

SeaWorld Christmas Celebration Menu Hut #13: Season’s Eating’s

• All Grown Up Grilled Cheese: Texas toast, smoked cheddar and tomato dipping soup
• White Cheddar Macaroni: pasta in a creamy white cheddar cheese sauce
• NEW: Holiday Wings: crispy wings tossed in sweet Thai chili sauce
• Santa’s Sugar Christmas Cookie Cheesecake: sugar cookie cheesecake with sprinkles and whipped cream

• NEW: Merry Mai Tai (21+): dark rum, amaretto, pineapple juice and orange juice

Hut #15: Twinkle Treat Cafe

Food

Compared to 2025: Last year Frost Fare served cocoa, cookies, popcorn and pretzels. This year it is a cookie stand with a cooler of beer and canned drinks, plus milk to wash the cookies down.

Tips for Eating Your Way Through the Event

• Plan for an evening. The huts open at 4:00 p.m., so this is a dinner and dessert crawl, not a lunch stop.
• Share. With 16 huts and a lot of fried, cheesy, and sugary things, splitting plates is the only way to try more than three items (for most people).
• Save the sweets for later. Beignets, cheesecakes and cookies do better after the savory stops, and you will want room for the Christmas Dot Cake.
• Know your hut numbers. Several names are close (the two Holly Jolly Cookies & Cocoa stands share a name), so use the numbers and the park map. Also, hut names can change from the initial posting by SeaWorld Orlando. We have seen it before!
• Check the park app. Menus can change, and last year’s guide mentioned a Festive Food & Sip Sampler that is not on this year’s menu page.
