Guinness cheese nachos debuted at the Irish Marketplace during SeaWorld Orlando’s Seven Seas Food Festival 2026, offering a basic, rotating-menu snack with kettle chips, Guinness cheese sauce, and jalapeños. Get them, if you dare, before they disappear on March 8.

If you’ve ever stood in your kitchen at 11:47 p.m. staring into the fridge thinking, “What if I put cheese on chips and called it a personality?” — congratulations, you’ve already emotionally prepared yourself for the Guinness Cheese Nachos at the Irish Marketplace. These nachos are built on kettle chips, topped with Guinness cheese sauce (well, we think it was Guinness cheese sauce), pico de gallo, and jalapeños. That’s it. No corned beef and no magic! No leprechaun culinary sorcery. Just chips, cheese, and vibes. Additionally, no wild vibes either. These function more like “break room microwave nachos during a staff meeting” vibes.
As of February 12, 2026, the schedule for the Seven Seas Food Festival Marketplaces looks like this:
Culinary Marketplace Hours
- Thursdays- 2pm-7pm
- Fridays- 3pm-8pm
- Saturday and Sundays 12pm-8pm
This is a change from being open noon to park closing time. Guests should plan accordingly.
The Flavor Experience (or The Irish Pub That Forgot the Pub)

The Guinness cheese sauce sounds fancy until your taste buds realize it’s basically “cheese… but it once walked past a stout.” It’s creamy, mildly savory, and inoffensive, like a polite handshake instead of a hug. The kettle chips add crunch, the pico de gallo tries to freshen things up, and the jalapeños show up like that one friend who says they’re bringing the spice but only brings mild salsa.
These nachos aren’t bad. They’re just aggressively normal. This is not a “post about it on Instagram” dish.
This is a “sit on a bench and eat quietly while watching strollers go by” dish. Oh, did we mention the lack of toppings? Yes, we experienced lots of average-to-below-average kettle chips with no toppings at all!
Also, if you are worried about Guinness flavor, you should not be. We tasted none, and one member of our group is very sensitive to it. We can confidently tell you to skip this – unless you like wasting money!
Rotating Menu Madness

Here’s where things get interesting. The Guinness Cheese Nachos are the first of THREE rotating nacho versions at the Irish Marketplace this year. This is part of SeaWorld Orlando’s rotating menu strategy for the 2026 festival.

That means:
- Guinness Cheese Nachos (1/30 – 3/8)
- Corned Beef Nachos (3/9 – 4/12)
- Pub Nachos (4/13 – 5/17)
So yes, this booth is basically running a nacho trilogy. Think Lord of the Rings, but crunchier and with more dairy. As best we can tell from our festival records, this specific version of Guinness cheese nachos has never appeared at the Seven Seas Food Festival. Still, ironically, it feels like something that’s existed emotionally in every theme park festival since 2009.
Guinness Cheese Nachos: “I Could Make This at Home” Factor

These nachos fall firmly into the category of:
“I could absolutely recreate this at Publix for $5 and a mild sense of regret.”
There’s nothing here that feels festival-exclusive, chef-driven, or particularly unique. Most guests could assemble this at home (but probably should not want to)with:
- kettle chips
- jarred cheese sauce
- store-bought pico
- a jalapeño
- confidence

For a $10.99 festival price point, that makes them hard to prioritize unless you’re:
- hungry
- nearby
- holding a sampler lanyard with no idea where else to go among all the food and beverage marketplaces
- emotionally committed to Irish theming
Sampler Lanyard Explained (Because No One Wants to Pay Full Price)

The Seven Seas Food Festival sampler lanyard lets guests try multiple items for one bundled price instead of paying à la carte.
Typical pricing:
- 10-sample lanyard: $74.99
- 15-sample lanyard: $89.99 (SeaWorld Orlando pass members receive three bonus samples)
Each food or drink item = 1 punch
No cash math. No wallet gymnastics. Just vibes and snacks.
These nachos are a perfect lanyard item — not a great $10.99 standalone purchase, but tolerable when they’re just “one punch” in a larger festival food strategy.

Guinness Cheese Nachos at the Seven Seas Food Festival

Guinness Cheese Nachos are:
- edible
- inoffensive
- safe – a pattern we have seen with the 2026 menus!
- basic
- extremely unproblematic
- emotionally beige
They’re not bad — they’re just not special.
This is a filler item.
A palate reset.
The “we’re walking to something better” snack.
A lanyard punch, not a destination dish.
