This year promises to be an even grander culinary adventure, with an impressive lineup of returning fan favorites and exciting new global delights.

Rotating Menus

Experience a world of flavor at SeaWorld Orlando as the Seven Seas 2026 food lineup introduces an exciting new twist: rotating menus. Running from January 30 through May 17, this year’s festival ensures that every visit offers something fresh and limited-time.

Across more than 25 international marketplaces, guests can explore over 200 chef-inspired dishes. The new rotating schedule features monthly debuts, meaning popular items swap out to make room for seasonal specialties. At the Caribbean Market, diners can start the season with Chicken Pinchos before the menu transitions to savory Beef Ropa Vieja and later, Jamaican Beef Patties. Similarly, the Italian Market evolves from Penne Marinara to Fettuccine Alfredo and eventually Spaghetti Bolognese.

The Polynesian Market also joins the rotation, shifting from Huli-Huli Chicken to Kalua Pork as the festival progresses. These “catch them while you can” offerings are perfectly paired with 75 craft beers and 75 wine and cocktail selections. To make the most of the Seven Seas 2026 food experience, visitors can purchase a sampling lanyard, providing the best value to taste these evolving global flavors alongside world-class live concerts and park thrills.

For the first time ever, Seven Seas Food Festival is introducing a secret dining experience at Sharks Underwater Grill. Guests “in the know” can ask about the secret menu at the hostess stand to unlock a three-course dining experience designed to surprise and delight. It’s a limited, insider experience designed for guests who love discovering what others might miss. The secret menu is available every day of the week from January 30 – May 17.

Seas the Flavor, Wine Pairings & Chef Driven Dining

New in 2026, the Seven Seas Food Festival introduces an exclusive wine pairing dinner series, offered on one Saturday each month in February, March, April, and May, kicking off on February 14.

Each wine-pairing dinner features a five-course, chef-curated menu thoughtfully matched with premium wines from renowned vineyards around the world. Guests can expect elevated dishes such as seared sea scallops with guava polenta, paired with a Monterey Chardonnay; porcini-dusted duck breast, paired with a California Pinot Noir; and a decadent dessert course paired with Canadian ice wine.

Hosted in SeaWorld Orlando’s Sea Harbor Pavilion, this elevated dining experience features:

• A five-course chef curated menu paired with five different wines
• Live musical ambiance
• Chef led storytelling behind each dish
