Proper parenting takes an incredible amount of love, care, and patience. If you are looking for a good way to show your parent some appreciation this year, Universal Orlando Resort has you covered. Father’s Day arrives on Sunday, June 21, 2026, and Universal CityWalk Orlando is celebrating by introducing three exclusive, handcrafted dishes designed specifically for Dad’s appetite. From massive, wood-fired steaks to sweet morning treats, here is a look at the specialty food items you can track down for the holiday weekend.

Father’s Day Universal CityWalk Orlando: The 34-Ounce Tomahawk Ribeye at Bigfire

Dads are famously known for their impressive appetites, and the culinary team at Bigfire took that theme to heart. Back by popular demand, the restaurant is bringing back a colossal dish that screams “Dad”: the 34-ounce Tomahawk Ribeye.

This tender, juicy steak is a carnivore’s dream, but the presentation doesn’t stop there. The massive cut comes served alongside black truffle lobster mac and cheese, fire-kissed Brussels sprouts, jalapeño cheddar sausage, chimichurri, and a side of au poivre sauce butter.

Chef Elvin Correa Rios and his team previously ran this dish during Valentine’s Day weekend and brought it back specifically for Father’s Day due to its immense success. Explaining the inspiration behind the upscale accompaniments, Chef Elvin shared:

“Everything we do, we try to elevate. Instead of just doing a mac and cheese, we wanted to elevate that with some lobster and a little lobster stock to kind of set off that mac and cheese. We added in an au poivre sauce … because it pairs well with both the mac and cheese and the steak.”

Breakfast for Dad at Voodoo Doughnut

If your dad has a bit of a sweet tooth, you will want to make a stop at CityWalk’s iconic doughnut shop. Voodoo Doughnut is rolling out a limited-time treat appropriately named “Breakfast for Dad. “This small but mighty creation is crafted with a blueberry buttermilk base, sweet maple icing, a velvet top, and topped off with fresh blueberries. It is a morning surprise to kick off a fun-filled day at the resort. Of course, you could also order the GOOOLLL! Doughnut or the Minions & Monsters Mischief Doughnut. Those are also available for a limited time.

Land & Sea at NBC Sports Grill & Brew

For the sports-loving dad who wants the best of both worlds, head over to NBC Sports Grill & Brew. Their Father’s Day Universal CityWalk Orlando exclusive, the Land & Sea platter, brings premium ingredients together for a truly savory feast. This dish features a grilled New York Strip steak paired with grilled prawns. The proteins are served over a hearty roasted potato hash and grilled broccolini, all complemented by a rich Gorgonzola-truffle butter and a vibrant chimichurri.

Whether you are looking to tackle a giant Tomahawk ribeye or enjoy a unique blueberry maple doughnut, Universal CityWalk is the place to be this June.
