BJ’s Holiday Menu is here with a 16-ounce Hawaiian Rib Eye, Truffle Mac & Cheese, the Biscoff Brown Butter Pizookie, Grand Cru, and gift card bonuses.

Somewhere between the Thanksgiving leftovers and the third holiday party of the week, you are going to need a sit-down meal that someone else cooks. BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse is pitching itself as that spot this year. The chain has rolled out its all-new holiday menu nationwide, leaning hard into steakhouse territory with a 16-ounce Hawaiian Rib Eye, a lineup of shareable truffle and loaded sides, festive cocktails, and the return of a Pizookie we already know and love (now with a brown butter glow-up). Here’s everything on the BJ’s holiday menu, plus the gift card bonuses worth knowing about before you start your holiday shopping.

What’s on the BJ’s Holiday Menu

BJ’s is calling this its steakhouse-inspired holiday lineup, and the centerpiece is very much a steak. Here’s the rundown:

  • Hawaiian Rib Eye: A 16-ounce marinated ribeye with a Hawaiian glaze, topped with a grilled pineapple ring and finished with BJ’s signature seasoning salt. This is the premium headliner of the season.
  • Truffle Mac & Cheese (new): Cavatappi pasta in white truffle oil and white cheddar sauce, topped with a Gruyère and Jack cheese blend and a Parmesan panko crust, served bubbling in a skillet. BJ’s says this one sold out during testing, which is about the strongest endorsement a side dish can get.
  • Loaded Mashed Potatoes (new): Creamy mashed potatoes piled with melted Jack and cheddar, smoked bacon, green onions, and sour cream. Basically a loaded baked potato that gave up on structure.
  • Truffle Fries: Crispy golden fries with savory truffle flavor, built for sharing (in theory).
  • Biscoff Brown Butter Pizookie: The returning fan favorite, rebuilt on an all-new brown butter cookie base. More on that below.

Why This Lineup?

Monika Saxena, BJ’s EVP and Brand President, explained the thinking behind the lineup:

“Holidays bring people together, and at BJ’s, we believe great food and memorable hospitality make those moments even more special,” said Monika Saxena, EVP and Brand President. “This year, we’ve taken inspiration from what our guests love and crave and created a holiday lineup that feels both familiar and exciting. From elevated steakhouse-inspired favorites to new twists on our signature Pizookie, everything reflects the craft, creativity and care that go into making every visit to BJ’s worth celebrating.”

The Biscoff Pizookie Is Back With a Brown Butter Upgrade

If this dessert sounds familiar, it should. We covered the original Biscoff Pizookie launch back in April, when BJ’s first brought the caramelized cookie craze to its signature deep-dish dessert on April 30. That version was built on a freshly baked sugar cookie.

For the holidays, BJ’s swapped that foundation for an all-new brown butter cookie base and renamed it the Biscoff Brown Butter Pizookie. It’s served warm with two scoops of vanilla bean ice cream, a cookie butter drizzle, Biscoff crumbles, and a whole Biscoff cookie on top. BJ’s says the change was inspired by guest requests and social trends, citing 65% consumer interest in brown butter desserts in 2026.

Brown butter and Biscoff are natural partners. Both lean toasty and caramelized, so this feels less like a gimmick and more like the version the dessert probably should have been all along. It joins the recently launched Nutella Gone Bananas Pizookie, so dessert-indecisive tables now have two seasonal options to argue over.

Holiday Cocktails and the 27th Annual Grand Cru

On the drinks side, BJ’s is pouring two festive seasonal cocktails: the Glittery Goose Sangria and the Caramel Macchiato Martini. Beer fans also get back a genuine BJ’s tradition: the 27th Annual Grand Cru. It’s a limited-time Belgian-style holiday ale that celebrates the brewhouse half of the BJ’s name (the chain points to more than 270 brewing awards). Guests must be 21 or older for the boozy options, naturally.

BJ’s Holiday Gift Card Bonus Offers

This is where the practical money talk comes in. Through December 31, BJ’s is offering bonus cards with gift card purchases:

Online eGift card offers

  • Buy $50 in eGift cards, get a $10 bonus card.
  • Buy $100 in eGift cards, get a $20 bonus card plus a 20% off VIP card.
  • Cyber Weekend (November 27 through 30): Buy $100 in eGift cards, get a $25 bonus card plus a 20% off VIP card. The $50 offer still applies.

In-restaurant gift card offers

  • Buy $50 in gift cards, get a $10 bonus card.
  • Buy $100 in gift cards, get a $20 bonus card, a 20% off VIP card, and two exclusive holiday pint glasses.

A few personal observations before you load up. The bonus cards and VIP cards are only valid from January 4 through January 31, 2027, so think of them as a January dinner coupon, not extra holiday spending money. Put a reminder in your phone, because a bonus card that expires in your junk drawer saves nobody anything. Also, the in-restaurant offers exclude Arizona and Texas, where the deals differ, and the usual terms and availability restrictions apply. If you want the pint glasses, you’ll need to buy in person, and if you want the biggest bonus, Cyber Weekend online is the sweet spot.

More Limited-Time Eats to Track This Season

BJ’s isn’t the only chain going big this holiday season. Over at Dave & Buster’s, Doctor Doom has taken over the whole building. Our breakdown of Doom & Buster’s and its Avengers: Doomsday takeover covers the Doomsday Zones, DOOMHOUR double tickets, and villain-worthy cocktails running November 16 through January 31, 2027.

Also, if your idea of holiday indulgence involves a drive-thru, Jack in the Box launched its Doomsday Dipping Box on November 5 with Popcorn Chicken, Mozzarella Sticks, three themed sauces, and blind-bagged collectible magnets. Between a Hawaiian Rib Eye, a mystery Assemble Sauce, and Doctor Doom running an arcade, it is shaping up to be a very strange (and very tasty) December.

Is the BJ’s Holiday Menu Worth a Visit?

For a group meal during the holidays, this lineup makes a lot of sense. The shareable sides are clearly designed for the table, and the Truffle Mac & Cheese is the one we’d prioritize based on BJ’s own testing results. The Hawaiian Rib Eye will be the conversation starter. Pineapple on a steak is going to be divisive in the same way pineapple on pizza is, so know your crowd before you order it for the table.

BJ’s didn’t include pricing in its announcement, and prices typically vary by market, so check your local menu or the BJ’s app before you go. The holiday menu is available nationwide for a limited time, and you can find more details at BJsRestaurants.com. If you only try one thing, make it the Biscoff Brown Butter Pizookie. It’s a Pizookie. Of course it’s the right call.
