Krispy Kreme All Jacked Up Dozen

Krispy Kreme All Jacked Up doughnuts turn Original Glazed orange for Halloween. Get the $13 dozen through Thursday, plus free doughnuts Oct. 30 and 31.

Krispy Kreme has spent decades perfecting the Original Glazed. So naturally, for Halloween, it decided to dye it orange. Starting today (Monday, Oct. 26), the Krispy Kreme All Jacked Up Dozen puts the brand’s most famous doughnut in costume, and the full box is just $13 through Thursday, Oct. 29.

Before anyone panics, the classic Original Glazed is not going anywhere. This is the same melt in your mouth doughnut, just wearing a pumpkin suit for the week. Think of it as the doughnut equivalent of throwing on an orange hoodie and calling it a costume.

If that sounds familiar, Krispy Kreme has been busy this spooky season. Earlier this month, the chain rolled out its Looney Tunes Halloween Collection, featuring Bugs Bunny, Tweety and Sylvester, Taz and Lola Bunny dressed up for the holiday. The All Jacked Up Dozen is the Halloween week encore.

What Is in the Krispy Kreme All Jacked Up Dozen?

Every doughnut in the box starts with orange colored Original Glazed dough. Three get the full Halloween treatment, and the other nine keep things simple:

  • Mummy Jack Doughnut (1): An orange Original Glazed doughnut dipped in icing, topped with white vanilla flavored buttercreme icing in classic mummy style and finished with a green iced stem.
  • Jack O’ Doughnut (1): A jack o’ lantern in doughnut form, with orange icing, a chocolate icing face and a green iced stem.
  • Monster Jack Doughnut (1): Orange icing, chocolate cookie pieces, chocolate icing stitches and a green iced stem for a Frankenstein look.
  • Jack’s Original Glazed Doughnuts (9): The fan favorite Original Glazed, tinted orange and finished with an icing drizzle.

So yes, nine of the twelve are essentially Original Glazed in Halloween mode. If you are hoping for a box full of decorated monsters, adjust expectations. If you just want a dozen glazed doughnuts that look great on a party table, this is exactly that.

The dozen is available in shop, at the drive thru, and online for pickup and delivery. Full details are on Krispy Kreme’s All Jacked Up promo page.

Krispy Kreme All Jacked Up: Is the $13 Price a Good Deal?

At $13, the All Jacked Up Dozen works out to roughly $1.08 per doughnut, and that includes three decorated specialty doughnuts. Krispy Kreme dozen prices vary by market, but this is about as friendly as Halloween pricing gets for a box this festive. The catch is the clock: the $13 price only runs through Thursday, so do not wait for the weekend.

Free Doughnuts for Costumes on Oct. 30 and 31

Here is the best deal of the week. Guests who show up in costume at participating Krispy Kreme shops on Friday, Oct. 30, or Saturday, Oct. 31, get a free Original Glazed or Classic Ring Doughnut with no purchase necessary. It is limited to one per guest. Ghost, goblin, superhero, or just someone who really committed to the bit, it counts. A bedsheet with two eye holes has never been a better investment.

Jack’s Treat Dozen Pass: 10,000 Free Dozens

Krispy Kreme is also surprising 10,000 randomly selected guests at participating U.S. shops on Oct. 30 and 31 with a Jack’s Treat Dozen Pass. The coupon is good for a free dozen Original Glazed doughnuts with any purchase from Nov. 1 through Nov. 14. You cannot plan for this one, since winners are chosen at random, but it is one more reason to stop by on Halloween weekend. Restrictions apply, so check the Krispy Kreme Halloween promo page for the fine print.

Krispy Kreme All Jacked Up: What to Know Before You Go

  • Costume deal: One free Original Glazed or Classic Ring Doughnut, no purchase necessary, Oct. 30 and 31 at participating shops.
  • Jack’s Treat Dozen Pass: Given to 10,000 random guests Oct. 30 and 31, redeemable for a free Original Glazed dozen with purchase Nov. 1 through 14.
  • Ordering: In shop, drive thru, or online for pickup and delivery.
  • Participation varies: Offers apply at participating U.S. shops, so call ahead or check the app before you drive over in full costume.

The Donut Wars

We have not tried the All Jacked Up Dozen yet, but let’s be honest about what it is: a festive repaint of the Original Glazed with three decorated doughnuts on top. That is not a knock. The Original Glazed is the reason people line up when the Hot Light is on, and at $13 for the dozen, this is an easy win for an office Halloween spread or a class party.

The real value play, though, is the costume freebie on Friday and Saturday. No purchase, no app, no catch beyond actually dressing up. Also, if you are already plotting November snacks, Dunkin’ is right behind with its Avengers: Doomsday menu, which lands Nov. 4 with a Doctor Doom Munchkins tin. The doughnut wars never sleep.
