Festival Favorites at Epcot Food & Wine 2026: Bo Ssam Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps and Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle Review

The 2026 International Food & Wine Festival Favorites Epcot Marketplace serves Bo Ssam Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps and a Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle. We tried the two “new” menu items.
Epcot’s Food & Wine Festival turns 30 this year, and Walt Disney World celebrated by digging 30 dishes out of the archives. Two of them landed at the Festival Favorites Epcot marketplace outside CommuniCore Hall: the Bo Ssam Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps ($6.19) and the Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle ($5.29). Both carry the 30th Anniversary Legacy Item label, and Walt Disney World also lists both as new for this festival. Yes, that is a little like calling a reunion tour a debut album, but we will get to that.
Below you will find what is on the plate, how each item compares to its original appearance, and the basics you need to order smoothly.
Festival Favorites Epcot: The Quick Look
| Item | Price | Original debut | Passport stamp |
| Bo Ssam Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps | $6.19 | 2010, South Korea | No |
| Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle | $5.29 | 2011, Hops & Barley | Yes (Emile’s Fromage Montage) |
The Festival Favorites Epcot Marketplace also serves Potato Pierogi, a Frozen S’mores milkshake, and several alcoholic beverages.
Where to Find Festival Favorites Epcot Marketplace and What to Know Before You Order
- Location: The Festival Favorites marketplace sits outside CommuniCore Hall in World Celebration. Disney’s own page places it in CommuniCore Plaza.
- Dates: The 2026 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival runs daily through November 21. Festival Favorites did not open with the festival. It began serving guests on September 9 and stays open through the end of the run.
- Seating: The window has no dedicated seating, but there are tables in CommuniCore Hall and out on the plaza. Grab your food first, then find a spot, because a lettuce wrap isn’t great for standing and wandering.
- Next door: The Wedge, hosted by Dairy Does More, takes over a corner of CommuniCore Hall from September 18 through November 8 with a cheese selection, macaroni and cheese, and a Cannoli Milk Shake, so you can make this a two-stop cheese run.
- Emile’s Fromage Montage: The Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle is one of the featured cheese dishes, which means it earns a stamp. Pick up a Festival Passport, buy five featured dishes across the marketplaces, and bring the stamped passport to Shimmering Sips for a festival treat. You can continue the stroll on any day you visit the festival.
- Paying: Disney Gift Card wristlets featuring Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck are available at EPCOT merchandise locations for a $15 minimum activation, and they work at Global Marketplaces.
Bo Ssam Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps ($6.19)

Walt Disney World describes this as bo ssam pork belly, kimchi slaw, and spicy aïoli, served as lettuce wraps. Bo ssam itself is a Korean classic, usually boiled pork served with ssam vegetables for wrapping, plus kimchi and other sides. The festival version squeezes that idea into a handheld snack, which is fitting for a crowd that is walking, snacking and negotiating napkin supply at the same time.
Longtime festival fans will recognize it. Epcot added a South Korea booth in 2010, and lettuce wraps with roast pork and kimchi slaw were on that very first menu. They cost $2.7 back then. $6.19, the price has more than doubled since then, though that is roughly what a trip through 16 years of festival inflation looks like. As for how it tastes today, the spicy aïoli leans toward warm spice rather than real heat.
Our thoughts: The Festival Favorites Epcot pork belly hit that wonderful combination of crispy on the outside and tender inside. There was also plenty of it, making this a solid value.
The kimchi slaw brought crunch without overpowering the pork, and the aioli added a manageable kick. This could be an approachable introduction for someone who hasn’t tried kimchi before.
Now, about the “wrap” part: there was so much filling that eating it by hand was ambitious. The lettuce held up reasonably well, but the fork was the real hero.
Our verdict: Flavorful, generous, and absolutely worth ordering again. Grab extra napkins and a fork.
Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle ($5.29)

The official description reads: PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese with citrus sauce and spice cake, topped with cranberry streusel. t is part of Emile’s Fromage Montage, so cheese counts here, and yes, cream cheese in a dessert absolutely counts when there are stamps on the line.
This Festival Favorites Epcot option has history too. A Pumpkin Mousse Trifle with Cranberries and Apricot-Orange Sauce premiered at the Hops & Barley kiosk in the American Adventure for the 2011 festival, layering pumpkin mousse, spice cake, cranberries, apricot-orange sauce, and streusel. The 2026 version keeps the pumpkin and spice cake foundation and swaps in cream cheese, a citrus sauce, and cranberry streusel. To compare it to another Hops & Barley item from this year’s festival, check out our Smoked Brisket and Cheddar Melt review.
The Pumpkin Cheesecake Mousse Trifle makes a nice treat. Of course, it’s perfect for pumpkin spice seasoSince the Epcot International Food & Wine Marketplaces outside the World Showcase are “unofficially” supposed to be autumn-season food and beverages, pumpkin fits right in.
Our thoughts: Our food reporters gave this returning 30th-anniversary offering enthusiastic approvaFo example, one called it “fall in a cup,” thanks to its pumpkin-spice flavor, cheesecake richness, spice-cake layer, and crumbly toppingT ey would happily serve it at Thanksgiving, and they appreciated it as a sweet finish after the pork belly’s spicy aioli.
Our other food reporter was equally impressed. They thought the pumpkin layer tasted like someone had taken an entire pumpkin pie and transformed it into a creamy dessert. She also picked up a subtle caramel note, though the description lists citrus sauce.
Our verdict: A must-try for pumpkin fans.
Festival Favorites Epcot: So Is It Really New?
Sort of. Disney’s Foodie Guide tags both dishes as new for 2026 and lists them as introduced in 2010 at South Korea and 2011 at Hops & Barley. The fair reading is that they are new to this year’s menu, but they are not new to the festival. If you have been going to Food & Wine for a decade or more, think of these as old friends returning in new outfits.
In fairness, the Festival Favorites Marketplace is supposed to be past dishes. Why Walt Disney World feels the need to call these “new” is debatable.
