First Watch Teams Up With The Traitors: New Blood for a Deliciously Suspicious Breakfast Menu

The First Watch Traitors menu is now available nationwide, featuring sneaky breakfast dishes and app missions for treacherous dining to start your day.

Breakfast just got a lot more suspicious. First Watch has officially teamed up with NBC’s The Traitors: New Blood for a limited-time menu collaboration that turns your morning omelet order into a full-blown game of Faithful versus Traitor. The partnership went live nationwide on September 15, and it is not just a reskinned menu. First Watch built out an entire in-app experience around it, with interactive missions, clue hunting, and exclusive rewards tied to the show’s twisty, backstabby format.

What’s Actually on the First Watch Traitors Menu

The Traitors themed lineup leans hard into the show’s cloak and dagger branding rather than reinventing First Watch’s menu from scratch. Standouts include:

  • Traitor Tri Fecta, a play on the chain’s classic breakfast combo plates
  • Bacon of Betrayal, because regular bacon apparently wasn’t dramatic enough
  • Tres Leches Treachery, a sweeter, dessert leaning addition to the seasonal lineup

Missions, Clues, and an App That Wants You to Trust No One

Every visit through the promotion window gives fans a shot at uncovering clues and cracking codes through a series of app based missions, all tied thematically to the competition series. First Watch is framing this less as a simple menu tie in and more as an ongoing scavenger hunt for regulars, with bi weekly missions rolling out through the First Watch app.

“As the nation’s leading Daytime Dining restaurant, we know breakfast is more than a meal. It’s a moment that brings people together,” said Matt Eisenacher, Chief Brand Officer at First Watch. “Every morning on The Traitors: New Blood, contestants gather around the table to uncover surprises, share suspicions and react to the unexpected. We loved the idea of bringing some of that energy and intrigue to breakfast lovers in our restaurants nationwide.”

A Year of Free Breakfast is on the Table

The campaign also includes a nationwide sweepstakes with a grand prize of Breakfast for a Year at First Watch plus official Traitors-branded swag. Entry details are live on the campaign’s dedicated hub, alongside the biweekly mission drops mentioned above.

First Watch Traitors Menu: How This Stacks Up

First Watch is far from the first restaurant to bolt a hit show’s branding onto its menu this year. Universal Orlando leaned into the same series just weeks ago with the Traitors: New Blood bar opening at CityWalk, proof that the show’s mystery and betrayal aesthetic travels well beyond the breakfast table.

It is also a big week for national breakfast news generally. IHOP just brought back its stuffed French toast nationwide, giving First Watch some direct competition for anyone deciding where to spend their Saturday morning.

Over at Universal CityWalk, food news is stacking up fast too. We are still tracking the Fat One’s Hot Dogs opening date, which will bring Joey Fatone’s food truck concept to a permanent CityWalk storefront once it is confirmed.

Alsoif themed fast food promotions are your thing, this is shaping up to be a busy season for them. Jack in the Box is separately working on its own pop culture crossover with the Simpsons Munchie Meal of Horror, so between spooky season and prestige reality TV, restaurant marketing teams clearly have a lot of ideas this fall.

First Watch Traitors Menu: Are You a Traitor or a Faithful?

If you are already a First Watch regular, this costs you nothing extra to try. Order like you normally would, poke around the app for the mission content, and see if a free year of breakfast is in the cards. If you are coming purely for The Traitors branding, just know the menu itself looks like familiar First Watch dishes with new names rather than a ground up reinvention.
