Love tennis and free food? The Chipotle BOGO tennis promotion drops up to 10,000 free entrée codes as Taylor Fritz advances through his New York matches. If you have ever watched a high-stakes professional tennis match and thought, This intensity is great, but it really needs more pinto beans,” then Chipotle Mexican Grill has answered your oddly specific prayers.

The fast-casual giant has officially announced its “Every Win Tastes Better” campaign featuring American tennis player and Team Chipotle athlete Taylor Fritz. The premise is delightfully simple: every time Fritz wins a men’s singles match in New York, fans get a chance to bag a Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) entrée offer.

Is eating massive amounts of guacamole the secret to reaching top-tier athletic performance? According to Fritz, absolutely. During his title run in Washington, D.C., earlier this month, Fritz admitted that he ate Chipotle on every single off day and right before his night matches. While the rest of us eat a bowl of carnitas and immediately need a three-hour nap, Fritz uses that wrapped-in-foil rocket fuel to unleash 140 mph serves.

Chipotle is no stranger to giving away absurd amounts of free food through frantic digital promos. We have seen them run the Chipotle soccer jersey BOGO, the gear-heavy Chipotle hockey jersey BOGO, the ultra-generous Chipotle Veterans Day BOGO free entrée, and even the high-stakes Chipotle free burrito campaign where fans could win 53,000 burritos. Heck, just recently they lured us in with their Back-to-School season BOGO. Still, this tennis tie-in adds a fun twist: you actually have to keep up with Fritz’s Instagram account.

Here is the game plan for how to score your Chipotle BOGO tennis promotion:

  1. Follow Taylor Fritz on Instagram (@taylor_fritz).
  2. Wait for him to win a singles match in New York.
  3. Keep an eye on his Instagram Story for a unique text-to-win code.
  4. Text that code at lightning speed to 888-222.

The offers are strictly first-come, first-served, and the pot gets bigger as Fritz advances deeper into the tournament:

  • Round 1: 2,500 BOGO offers
  • Round 2: 3,000 BOGO offers
  • Round 3: 3,500 BOGO offers
  • Round of 16: 4,000 BOGO offers
  • Quarterfinal: 4,500 BOGO offers
  • Semifinal: 5,000 BOGO offers
  • Final: 10,000 BOGO offers

As Fritz put it, “I love that every time I win a singles match in New York, fans have another chance to score a BOGO. I’m trying to make them give away as much as possible.”

Foil-Wrapped Tennis Caddies? Yes, Really.

If texting for free food as part of the Chipotle BOGO tennis promotion isn’t enough excitement, Chipotle is also teaming up with tennis legend brand Penn to drop a limited-edition Penn x Chipotle tennis ball caddy designed to look exactly like Chipotle’s iconic foil-wrapped burrito. On Wednesday, August 26, Fritz will make a special appearance at the Chipotle location at 600 Third Ave. in New York City to hang out with fans and give away these metallic beauties. Each caddy comes loaded with a fresh can of Pro Penn Marathon+ tennis balls.

If you want one of these shiny collector items, you will need to act fast. Only the first 30 guests to visit the restaurant between 10:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. ET on August 26 will get access to the event and walk away with a caddy. (Try not to bite into the caddy by mistake when you are hungry.

“Taylor doesn’t just represent Chipotle on the court—our food is genuinely part of how he prepares and competes,” said Stephanie Perdue, Senior Vice President of Brand Marketing at Chipotle. “We built ‘Every Win Tastes Better’ around that authentic connection, turning Taylor’s personal tournament ritual into a shared one and giving fans another reason to celebrate every time he wins.” So grab your phone, warm up your texting thumbs, and root for Taylor Fritz. Your stomach (and your wallet) will thank you.
