Starting Monday, June 29, the restaurant chain is launching IHOP Dubai Chocolate Pancakes nationwide, alongside a brand-new Dubai Chocolate Milkshake. The rollout comes after a successful limited test run last year.

What began as a grassroots, local experiment quickly transformed into a nationwide craving. In August 2025, a creative franchise team at an IHOP restaurant in Totowa, New Jersey, decided to craft a pancake-inspired spin on the wildly popular viral Dubai Chocolate bar. The innovation sparked an immediate frenzy online. IHOP capitalized on the momentum, becoming the first national family dining restaurant to introduce the flavor profile at three select test locations. The response was unprecedented: the original Dubai Chocolate Pancake Stack sold out completely across all test locations within just 72 hours.
What’s on the Dubai Chocolate Menu?
IHOP’s new limited-time lineup perfectly balances indulgence with the comforting breakfast staples guests love.
- IHOP Dubai Chocolate Pancake Combo: Two buttermilk chocolate chip pancakes layered with rich hazelnut and cocoa spread, creamy pistachio-flavored mousse, crunchy roasted kataifi, and crushed pistachios, finished with a whipped topping. The combo is served with two eggs cooked to order, hash browns, and a choice of two bacon strips or two pork sausage links.
- Dubai Chocolate Milkshake: Premium vanilla ice cream hand-scooped and blended with pistachio and chocolate syrups, then topped with whipped topping and chopped pistachios.
