P.F. Chang’s is officially transporting diners straight to the vibrant streets of Japan this season. Running through September 15, the restaurant’s new limited-time “Summer in Tokyo” dining experience brings an energetic wave of fresh flavors, specialty cocktails, and immersive table theater to locations nationwide.

At the absolute center of this seasonal launch is the anticipated debut of the P.F. Chang’s Sushi Boat. Bringing an undeniable element of spectacle to the table, the presentation arrives through a dramatic cloud of dry ice.
Perfect for group dinners, birthdays, and summer celebrations, each Sushi Boat includes:
- Chilled edamame
- One California Roll
- One Shrimp Tempura Roll
- A choice of two additional rolls (Spicy Tuna, Dynamite Shrimp, or Kung Pao)

To celebrate the launch outside of the kitchen, P.F. Chang’s partnered with reality TV yachties Captain Sandy Yawn and Chief Stewardess Aesha Scott. Known for delivering high-end hospitality on the high seas, the duo stars in exclusive social media content showcasing the theatrical dining experience firsthand.
