Fans of over-the-top desserts have plenty to look forward to this fall. The October 2025 Gideon’s Bakehouse cookies and cakes menu has been officially revealed. It features some of the bakery’s most sought-after creations. Both the Disney Springs location at Walt Disney World and the East End Market shop in Orlando will once again serve limited-time cookies and cakes that regularly draw long lines.
An October Tradition at Gideon’s Bakehouse
October serves as the month of spooky season for Gideon’s fans. October is usually reserved for spooky season staples. For the last few years, Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs has rolled out Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein Cookies. This October continues that pattern. Frankenstein Cookies Return to October 2025 Gideon’s Bakehouse Menu
For October 2025, guests will find the iconic Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein treats ready to order throughout the month. These cookies return each October due to their popularity. The cookies feature M&M’s Milk Chocolate Candies with either a chocolate cookie base or white chocolate. For those who avoid the robust chocolate flavor of many cookies at Gideon’s Bakehouse, the white chocolate of the Bride of Frankenstein Cookie should appeal to them more. For many Gideon’s Bakehouse fans, the October cookies are the best each year.

As always, October 2025 Gideon’s Bakehouse cookies and cakes come with purchase limits due to high demand. The Disney Springs and East End Market locations are participating, though cold brews remain exclusive to Disney Springs.
Special Gideon’s Bakehouse Treats for Spooky Season
We know that several limited-time, tasty treats will be available in October. At this time, we are waiting for the official announcement. According to Gideon’s Bakehouse, “NEW NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN DESSERTS DROP EVERY WEEKEND! Social Media will spill all the tea so look out. “
UPDATE: The Valentina’s Whoopie Pies will be available for one weekend only. The Valentina Cake, for one weekend only, will be transformed into a hand-held dessert. Guests can enjoy two black cocoa-dusted Red Velvet “Cookie Cakes” with a Marshmallow Cookies & Cream Buttercream Filling sandwiched in between. Available on October 4th & 5th only! Both Gideon’s Bakehouse locations. Limit 2 per person.
