Fans of over-the-top desserts have plenty to look forward to this fall. The September 2025 Gideon’s Bakehouse menu has been officially revealed. It features some of the bakery’s most sought-after creations. Both the Disney Springs location at Walt Disney World and the East End Market shop in Orlando will once again serve limited-time cookies and cakes that regularly draw long lines.

A September Tradition at Gideon’s Bakehouse

September has become a month to watch for Gideon’s fans. While October is usually reserved for spooky season staples, September menus often bring experimental flavors and highly creative recipes. These limited-time releases not only keep guests coming back but also help set the tone for fall at Disney Springs.

Over the years, Gideon’s has made September a showcase for variety:

• 2024 featured the Sea Turtle Cookie packed with chocolate, caramel, and candied pecans, along with a Salted Caramel Nitro Cold Brew and indulgent Sea Turtle Cake.
• 2023 leaned citrus with the Lemon Poppy Crumb Cookie, the Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie, and an Orange Mocha Nitro Cold Brew. Cakes like Stuart’s Orange Pecan Chocolate Cake and Bonnie’s Lemon Poppy Crumb Cake rounded out the lineup.
• 2022 was built around peanut butter and espresso with the Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cookie, the French Toast Nitro Cold Brew, and the rich Peanut Butter Cold Brew Cake.

Each year, the September Gideon’s Bakehouse menu has become a highlight for food lovers who make pilgrimages to Disney Springs.

We know what the September 2025 Gideon’s Bakehouse cookie is – Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Crumb. The Gideons’ Bakehouse website describes these limited-time cookies this way: “We’re kinda thinking this might be our favorite Thanksgiving Cookie, so it has returned for another year! This mammoth new dessert is filled with real Pumpkin, our House Pumpkin Spice Blend, a little bit of Chocolate on the inside, and a generous topping of Pumpkin Butter Crumbs! Soft and Crunchy and Flavorful and Delightful! The Limited Edition Cookie for September!“

September 2025 Cakes

At the time of writing, we are still waiting for official confirmation of the September 2025 merchandise, cakes, and cold brews. We will update after an official announcement. However, we do expect a return of the pumpkin cake on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

As suspected, the Pumpkin Caramel Double Frosted Cake arrives to be the September 2025 Gideon’s Bakehouse cake. Gideon’s Bakehouse describes it this way: “This delightful cake is covered in a full layer of Caramel Buttercream then another full layer of our Pumpkin Cream Cheese Buttercream!  Underneath you will find a unique Vanilla Cinnamon Swirl Cake that is both soft and crumbly.  This Cake is available by slice and as a whole cake preorder this month only at the East End Market.”
