Wolfgang Puck Disney Springs closes permanently on September 13, ending its Town Center run with no replacement announced yet.

Well, add another name to Disney Springs’ “wait, that’s closing too?” list. Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill, the table-service spot that’s been serving up California-Mediterranean comfort food since 2018, is shutting its doors for good. The restaurant’s last day of service is September 13, 2026, and as of this writing, Walt Disney World hasn’t said a word about what’s moving into the space next¹.

What We Know

The Wolfgang Puck Disney Springs closure covers the entire operation in Town Center section, including the dining room, weekend brunch service, and the walk-up window slinging gelato shakes and sorbet cocktails, all of which are on the chopping block come mid-September. No word yet on whether the closure is tied to a lease issue, a concept refresh, or Walt Disney World simply wanting the real estate for something new, and Disney Springs has stayed quiet on next steps. If you’ve been meaning to try it, or you’ve got a standing reservation you didn’t realize was about to become a farewell dinner, now’s the time to get it on the books.

A Quick History of Wolfgang Puck Disney Springs

This isn’t the first time a Wolfgang Puck concept has come and gone here. The current Bar & Grill opened in 2018 in Town Center as a rework of the old Wolfgang Puck Cafe and Dining Room, which previously sat on the West Side before that space changed hands. Disney’s own listing describes the concept as bringing “a laid-back, California-inspired atmosphere” with “Mediterranean influences and handcrafted specialty cocktails” to the Springs.

Puck’s quick-service cousin, Wolfgang Puck Express in the Marketplace, didn’t make it nearly this long. That location quietly went dark and never reopened back in 2020, leaving the Bar & Grill as the last standing Puck outpost at Disney Springs. Once September 13 comes and goes, that’ll be it: zero Wolfgang Puck restaurants left on Disney Springs property, for the first time since the late 1990s.

Wolfgang Puck Disney Springs: What’s Next

Town Center real estate at Disney Springs doesn’t sit empty for long, so expect speculation about a replacement to ramp up fast. We’ll update this post the moment Disney makes anything official. In the meantime, if the Wagyu burger or that brunch French toast has a hold on you, you’ve got about two weeks left to say goodbye.
