The Seven Seas Food Festival returns to SeaWorld Orlando with a rotating menu! Read our review of the new Mushroom Swiss Truffle Burger, which serves as a bonus theme park dining review.

Seven Seas Food Festival

The Seven Seas Food Festival is officially back at SeaWorld Orlando, running on select dates through May 17, 2026. This year, the park is leaning heavily into a rotating menu strategy, ensuring that even frequent visitors find something new each month. One of the first items to hit the grill for the opening rotation (available through March 8) is the Mushroom Swiss Truffle Burger at the Beats & Bites Marketplace.

Found at the Beats & Bites Marketplace, situated between Bayside Stadium and the Pipeline attraction, this marketplace earned a reputation for being a “sleeper hit.” Last year, we were blown away by the Chicago Hot Dog and the Blue Cheese Potato Twists here. While the Chicago Hot Dog has rightfully earned a permanent spot for the entire 2026 season, the Mushroom Swiss Truffle Burger is the star of the initial monthly rotation.

The Burger Breakdown

Seven Seas Food Festival

SeaWorld Orlando typically excels at festival burgers. We’ve seen this with the fan-favorite Bison Burger during the Christmas Celebration, which remains a must-buy even as a la carte prices have climbed. This new offering features a juicy beef patty topped with earthy mushrooms, melted Swiss cheese, and a hint of truffle.

It’s a solid, high-quality burger, but it might be a victim of its own ambition. While the ingredients are fresh, a lot is going on between the buns. The truffle flavor is distinct, and when combined with the mushrooms and Swiss, it can feel a bit “busy” on the palate. However, if you are a fan of savory, umami-forward profiles, this is definitely worth a punch on your lanyard.

Our group found this to be an excellent burger. This burger offers a larger portion size than several comparable menu items at the 2026 event. The burger came well-prepared. Ours was medium-well, which is excellent for a quick-service theme park burger. The cheese combined with the mushrooms worked perfectly. The truffle component elevated this dish to one of the best new items at the Seven Seas Food Festival.

Seven Seas Food Festival

This burger is only available through March 8. After that, it will be replaced by other burgers, such as the Bacon Bleu Cheeseburger and the Breakfast Burger. Also, be advised that purchasing this burger without a Seven Seas Food Festival Sampler Lanyard would be costly. The posted price for this burger is $12.99.

Maximizing Value: The Seven Seas Food Festival Sampler Lanyard

Seven Seas Food Festival

If you are planning to eat your way through the Seven Seas Food Festival, purchasing a Sampling Lanyard is the only way to go. A la carte prices for items like this burger can be steep, but the lanyard significantly lowers the cost per item.

Here are the exact prices for the 2026 season:

  • 10-Item Sampler Lanyard: $74.99 (approx. $7.50 per item)
  • 15-Item Sampler Lanyard: $89.99 (approx. $6.00 per item)
  • SeaWorld Pass Member Exclusive: $89.99 for 18 items (bringing the cost down to just $5.00 per item)

Pro Tip: The lanyards can be shared among your group and are valid throughout the entire duration of the festival, so you don’t have to use all your punches in one visit!

The Spirit of the Seven Seas Food Festival: Beyond the Plate

Seven Seas Food Festival

While the culinary offerings often take center stage, the Seven Seas Food Festival at SeaWorld Orlando is a massive multi-sensory event that transforms the park’s atmosphere. Beyond the marketplace kiosks, the festival is defined by its premier live entertainment lineup. Every weekend, Bayside Stadium hosts world-class performances ranging from classic rock and country to Latin and 90s pop legends. These concerts are included with park admission, making the festival a massive draw for music enthusiasts across Florida.

The festival also creates a vibrant “street party” vibe throughout the park. Guests will encounter local musicians, stilt walkers, and unique photo opportunities that reflect global coastal cultures. The event provides a seasonal energy that makes a standard park visit feel like a special occasion. It is as much a celebration of international sounds and community as it is about the menu.
