Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs Debuts a Pumpkin Cheesecake Hawaiian Roll for Fall at Disney World

Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs just added a Pumpkin Cheesecake Hawaiian Roll to its BoardWalk menu, a fall mashup of two fan-favorite fried treats.
Fall has officially landed on Disney’s BoardWalk, and Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs just gave us the pumpkin mashup we didn’t know we needed. Say hello to the Pumpkin Cheesecake Hawaiian Roll, a seasonal spin on two of the stand’s most enjoyed treats rolled (quite literally) into one.
The new item showed up on Blue Ribbon’s Instagram this week, and it’s exactly what the name promises: a King’s Hawaiian roll skewered and deep-fried the way this location’s cult favorite Fried Hawaiian Rolls always are, then loaded up with a pumpkin cheesecake filling in place of the usual cinnamon sugar and condensed milk drizzle. It’s a seasonal remix of a snack that’s already earned a permanent spot on our must-order list.
What’s Actually In It

Blue Ribbon has built its whole identity on taking a familiar fair food format and pushing it somewhere unexpected. The Deep Fried Hawaiian Rolls, dipped in cinnamon sugar and finished with sweetened condensed milk, have been a BoardWalk sleeper hit since they crossed over from the Downtown Disney location. Meanwhile, the stand’s Deep Fried Cheesecake, a full slice battered in pancake mix and topped with strawberries and whipped cream, has drawn its own devoted following since debuting earlier this year. The Pumpkin Cheesecake Hawaiian Roll splits the difference: pumpkin-spiced cheesecake filling worked into the fried roll itself, so you get the crisp, sugary exterior of the Hawaiian roll with a warm, spiced cheesecake center instead of the usual condensed milk soak.
It’s a smart use of the existing fryer lineup rather than a totally new production line, which tracks with how Blue Ribbon has rolled out limited-time items in the past, including last November’s Salmon Dog. Expect this one to stick around through the fall season before the stand pivots to a holiday flavor, following the same pattern we’ve seen from other BoardWalk area treats this year.
Pumpkin Cheesecake Hawaiian Roll at Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs: Where to Find It
Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs sits along Disney’s BoardWalk near the BoardWalk Inn, an easy walk from Epcot’s International Gateway. It’s open to day guests and resort guests alike, so you don’t need a park ticket to grab one on your way through. If you’ve been following along with our fall coverage, this is a good excuse to pair it with a stop at Salt & Straw’s new Apple Series at Disney Springs, or to work it into a bigger BoardWalk to Epcot snack crawl alongside the 2026 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival lineup, since both are just a short stroll from Blue Ribbon’s window.
We haven’t had a bite yet, but on paper this is one of Blue Ribbon’s smarter mashups. Deep Fried Cheesecake proved guests will happily eat cheesecake out of a fryer, and the Hawaiian roll format is already the stand’s most requested off-menu style item according to regulars. Combining the two for pumpkin season feels less like a gimmick and more like Blue Ribbon finally listening to its own fan base.
