KFC Saucy Orlando adds three new locations with bold sauces, customizable chicken meals, and grand-opening events across Central Florida.
Orlando is about to get even saucier. KFC’s fast-casual spinoff, Saucy! by KFC, is officially opening three more locations across the Orlando metro area, marking the brand’s most aggressive rollout yet in Central Florida. The new openings follow the national debut of Saucy! in 2024 and reflect the company’s push to compete directly with the booming market of chicken-tender-only chains.
Instead of classic buckets and biscuits, KFC Saucy Orlando centers around crispy tenders, bowls, wraps, salads, and most importantly, a lineup of 11 signature sauces, a playful nod to the Colonel’s iconic 11 herbs and spices. According to the company, guests can create over 4,000 menu combinations, making Saucy! one of KFC’s most customizable concepts ever.
“At Saucy, we’re not just opening restaurants, we’re building a movement around flavor,” KFC’s chief new concept officer Christophe Poirier said in a statement. “We’re growing in all directions with new locations, new menu moments and new ways to make every visit feel fun, fresh, and undeniably Saucy. People don’t just want another chicken tender, they want to play with flavor. We’ve built Saucy around the idea of giving guests a platform to experiment, explore and make it theirs. From sauces to bases to sides, every visit hits different.”
Three New Locations Coming to Greater Orlando
The KFC Saucy Orlando growth train is hitting three high-traffic Central Florida communities:
Waterford Lakes – Opening December 6, 2025
12195 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL
This location kicks off with a morning grand-opening celebration featuring a DJ, giveaways, and “Free Saucy! for a Year” prizes. This style of grand opening will also occur at the other two new Saucy KFC Orlando locations.
Winter Park – Opening January 10, 2026
925 S Orlando Ave, Winter Park, FL
Situated in one of Orlando’s most food-centric neighborhoods, this store is expected to draw both locals and Rollins College crowds.
Hunters Creek – Opening January 17, 2026
14000 S John Young Pkwy, Orlando, FL
A strong addition to a growing suburban corridor, this location includes Saucy!’s full digital ordering setup and self-serve kiosks.
KFC Saucy Orlando: What Makes Saucy! Different?

“The company intends to transform the locations into concepts operated by Yum Brands, including expansion of the test program for the new chicken tender concept Saucy by KFC, consistent with previously communicated plans,” a Yum Brands spokesperson shared at the time.
