Blaze Pizza Partners With Volpi Foods for a Limited-Time Italian Escape Menu Launch

Theme park foodies have a new reason to stop by Disney Springs this month. Blaze Pizza has officially launched its “Italian Escape” menu, a limited-time collaboration with Volpi Foods that brings premium, charcuterie-quality ingredients to the fast-casual stage. Starting today, May 6, through June 23, guests visiting the Disney Springs location or participating Blaze Pizza restaurants across North America can experience what the brand describes as a “$25 pizza experience for around $12 or less.”
Italian Escape Menu at Blaze Pizza
The star of the new Italian Escape menu is the hand-crafted prosciutto from Volpi Foods, a fourth-generation producer known for its traditional slow-curing process. This partnership allows Blaze Pizza to pair artisanal heritage with its signature fast-fire’d platform.
The Italian Escape menu at Blaze Pizza features four distinct offerings:
- Prosciutto Pizza: Topped with fresh mozzarella, arugula, balsamic caramelized onions, and a fig glaze.
- Prosciutto Pizzetta: A smaller-format option featuring premium prosciutto and scratch-made dough for around $7.
- Strawberry Prosciutto Salad: A fresh, seasonal balance of sweet and savory.
- Classic Tiramisu: A traditional Italian dessert cup to finish the meal.
Customization Options
For those who prefer to customize their pies, Blaze is also offering prosciutto as an add-on. It can be added to any 11” Build Your Own pizza or salad for $1, and to 14” Build Your Own pizzas for $2.
