November is upon us. That means for Gideon’s Bakehouse fans, that October Frankenstein and Bride of Frankenstein cookies and cakes are gone. October serves as an active month for Gideon’s Bakehouse. What does November have in store for cookie and cake fans?
November at Disney Springs marks the exciting transition from the fall season to the holiday period, generally beginning around mid-month. Visitors can typically expect the start of “the “Holidays at Disney Springs,” which includes”Holidays at Disney Springs,” featuring festive décor, seasonal shopping opportunities, and special holiday-themed food and beverage offerings at various dining locations. A highlight is often the Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll, where guests can pick up a map and tour a collection of uniquely themed and dazzling Christmas trees. Additionally, Santa Greetings and nightly snowfall in the Town Center area usually begin in November, transforming the outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment complex into a winter wonderland, even in the Florida heat.
Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs has consistently celebrated November with a themed menu that heavily features pumpkin and other seasonal fall flavors. Based on previous years, it’s looked highly likely the popular Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Crumb Cookie and a pumpkin-based cake slice, such as the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cake, would return for November 2025. The French Toast Nitro Cold Brew is also a popular seasonal favorite that has been featured through the end of November in past years. Gideon’s has established a tradition of bringing back these signature fall items, making it very probable that the core offerings will remain the same.

What are the 2025 Gideon’s Bakehouse November Menu Items?
So, the Gideon’s Bakehouse November menu involves weekly Stuffed Sugar Cookies. These popular limited-time items will be available all of November.
This month, guests will have a rotation of four flavors that include:
- November 1st to 7th: Vanilla Cream Cheese: This is the OG stuffed Gideon’s Cookie. A Vanilla Bean Sugar Cookie stuffed with a delicious Cream Cheese Frosting.
- November 8th to 14th: Chocolate Peanut Butter
- For November 15th to 21st: Birthday Cake
- November 22nd to 30th: Pumpkin Cheesecake

“THIS WEEKEND ONLY! Chocolate Churro Cookie! This deeply rich Chocolate Cookie is filled with cinnamon sugar and a pinch of ancho and cayenne to give you that smoky, warm finish. Each Cookie has a middle layer of Dulce de Leche and is topped with a mix of chocolates, including our favorite Mexican Stone Ground Chocolate. Sugar, Spice, and everything Day of the Dead! Both locations. 2 per person.
NEW Dutch Apple Pie Cake: We created this one to wow your family and friends on Thanksgiving Day! But you also get to enjoy it throughout the month! Please welcome our Dutch Apple Pie in Cake form! Apple Spice Cake layers covered with a salty/sweet Apple Caramel Buttercream. Filled with a traditional apple pie filling and the distinctive oat crumb topping you’d expect from a Dutch apple pie!
