Crumbl is turning nine, and the party is happening in a pink box near you. Crumbl Birthday Week runs September 21 through September 26 at participating locations, with a limited-time menu of birthday classics, fan favorites, and brand-new celebratory desserts. Everything is baked fresh in-store.
Co-Founder Sawyer Hemsley says the week is a thank you to the fans, franchise partners, and team members who shaped the brand over nine years. Co-Founder Jason McGowan adds that it is about sharing the celebration back with the people who showed up for every weekly menu. Translation: cake, but in cookie form, and you are invited.
What Is on the Crumbl Birthday Week Menu
The lineup leans hard into sprinkles, frosting, and cake batter flavors. Here is everything on the limited time menu:
- Pink Sugar Cookie Cake: A sugar cookie cake with a silky pink swoop of almond buttercream frosting.
- Birthday Cake Cookie ft. OREO®: A thick cookie loaded with OREO Cookie pieces, covered in cake batter cream cheese frosting, and finished with more OREO pieces and rainbow sprinkles.
- Cake Batter Blondie Cookie: A smooth cake batter cookie packed with white drops and a splash of rainbow sprinkles.
- Strawberry Biscoff® Cookie: Biscoff from the melty center to the crunchy topping, plus strawberry cream cheese frosting blended with house made jam and a fresh strawberry slice.
- Dubai-Style Chocolate Brownie: A soft, fudgy brownie with a crunchy Kataifi and pistachio filling, topped with milk chocolate and drizzled with more pistachio cream.
- Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake Cookie: A brown sugar skillet cookie with milk chocolate chips and semi sweet chunks, topped with fudge frosting swirls and confetti sprinkles, inspired by a personal sized cookie cake.
