Burger King x Hello Kitty and Friends Toys Arrive

New Burger King Hello Kitty box toys arrive with King Jr. Meals this week. They will be around for a limited time. Hello Kitty is heading back to fast food, and this time she’s bringing five of her Sanrio friends and a shiny secret along for the ride. Burger King has confirmed that a new “Burger King x Hello Kitty and Friends” toy collection is coming to King Jr. Meals at participating U.S. locations starting on October 20. These are expected to be available through November 30, while supplies last.
The Burger King Hello Kitty Lineup: Six Toys, One Rare Chase Figure

The collection features beloved Hello Kitty and Friends characters, including Hello Kitty, My Melody, Kuromi, Cinnamoroll and Keroppi, each sporting a Burger King crown, with some holding fan-favorite BK items. Plus, a lucky few may get to unveil a complete set of all six Hello Kitty and Friends figurines if they find a special golden-colored Hello Kitty toy (at participating restaurants, while supplies last).
Every Hello Kitty and Friends King Jr. Kids’ Meal comes with a choice of a 4- or 6-piece chicken nuggets, hamburger or cheeseburger, plus fries or applesauce and a drink, all packaged in a super cute Hello Kitty and Friends-themed King Jr. Meal bag and served with an adorable, exclusive Hello Kitty crown (while supplies last) to complete the experience.
“We’re excited to deliver another fun and engaging King Jr. Meal – this time with the one and only Hello Kitty!” said Joel Yashinsky, Chief Marketing Officer, Burger King US&C. “To celebrate our partnership, a limited number of golden Hello Kitty toys will be included in our six-toy lineup. We look forward to our Guests enjoying the Hello Kitty King Jr. Meal along with our limited-time Hello Kitty Burger King Crown. It’s going to be fun for kids of all ages at BK!”
Burger King Hello Kitty: One-Day Golden Claw Machine

To take this Hello Kitty partnership to the next level, Burger King is hosting a one-day Golden Claw Machine experience at its 10014 Paramount Blvd. location in Downey, CA. On Friday, October 23, starting at 11 a.m. PST, fans who purchase a King Jr Meal can test their luck at the customized Golden Claw Machine for a chance to grab a Hello Kitty toy, and one lucky guest could snag a one-of-one, 14K gold-plated Hello Kitty figurine. To participate without a purchase, see official rules posted at the restaurant for details.
“We love seeing Hello Kitty and Friends get the royal treatment at Burger King, with each character sporting their own iconic BK crown,” said Jill Koch, Chief Brand Officer, Sanrio, Inc. “Bringing these beloved characters into the King Jr. Kids’ Meal in such a playful way creates something special for fans of all ages to enjoy.”
Whether you’re hunting for your favorite character or trying to collect them all, Hello Kitty and Friends King Jr. Kids’ Meal gives Guests a new reason to make every visit a little more fun. Hello Kitty and Friends King Jr. Kids’ Meal is available for a limited time at participating Burger King restaurants nationwide, while supplies last.

Not Hello Kitty’s First Trip Through the Drive-Thru This Year

If Sanrio characters at your local fast-food counter feels like a recurring theme in 2026, that’s because it is. Hello Kitty and Friends already turned up at McDonald’s in August as part of a Godzilla-themed Happy Meal crossover pairing Sanrio characters with Toho monsters, and KFC Thailand ran its own blind box collection this year featuring Cinnamoroll, My Melody, Pompompurin, and Kuromi alongside a secret Hello Kitty design.
Burger King itself isn’t new to this partnership either. Its French locations rolled out Hello Kitty and Friends blind box character socks and a run of Sanrio-themed King Jr. Meal games earlier in 2026, well ahead of this U.S. figure collection. This time, the U.S. promotion appears to lean into collectible figures instead, giving Burger King its own answer to McDonald’s Hello Kitty push barely two months later.
