We learned today that Brian Bacica is no longer the park president of Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. Multiple social posts and rumor threads are circulating that Brian Bacica is no longer serving as Park President at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and has accepted a vice-presidential role at Legoland Florida. At the time of publication, we were unable to find any authoritative press release or major trade outlet confirming a departure from Busch Gardens or an appointment at Legoland Florida. However, our sourcing indicates these rumors are accurate.

What we could NOT independently verify

• We searched for any official announcement from Legoland Florida (Merlin Entertainments / Legoland corporate press), a public Legoland press release, or a trade/major news story announcing a Brian Bacica hire at Legoland Florida and did not find one. We also did not find a major outlet reporting that he had left Busch Gardens for Legoland.
