Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs has unveiled an enticing lineup for June 2025, featuring delectable treats and exclusive merchandise for the month. Based on the wide variety of limited-time cookies and cakes that Gideon’s Bakehouse has offered, we had no clue what to expect for June.

Halfway to Halloween season is over at Gideon’s Bakehouse. With May being over, it also means new monthly cookies with the Coffee Toffee Chocolate Chips Cookies being dropped and replaced with something new. This means a new June cookie. Well, in this case, it means four Gideon’s Bakehouse June 2025 cookies.

For June, Gideon’s Bakehouse threw fans for a curve. The initial June cookie is only available from June 1 to June 7. Did Flavors of Florida starting earlier this year lead Gideon’s Bakehouse to try something new for June 2025? Gideon’s Bakehouse describes the cookie this way: “We take our iconic Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie and fuse that vanilla bean dough with our Homemade Salted Caramel and Coconut Cream. The Cookie is topped with Shaved Toasted Coconut to give you the softest Cookie with some crunch!”
In a social media post, we learned more about the Gideon’s Bakehouse June 2025 cookie plans for the month. They wrote: “June 1st! Instead of a Limited Edition Announcement for the month, we’re giving you a different Limited Edition Cookie EACH WEEK OF JUNE! Each Cookie will only last for a week, and here’s the order so you can prepare for success!

WEEK ONE! COCONUT CARAMEL CHOCOLATE CHIP! We take our iconic Classic Chocolate Chip Cookie and fuse that vanilla bean dough with our Homemade Salted Caramel and Coconut Cream. We top this Cookie with Shaved Toasted Coconut to give you the softest Cookie with some crunch! No worries, there’s none of that weird chewy coconut here!
WEEK TWO: MINT COOKIES & CREAM! We only did this Cookie for ONE DAY in 2023 and y’all have been bugging me to bring it back ever since! Infused with mint and topped with some Andes Mint pieces, this Gideon’s staple gets an extra blast of flavor!
WEEK THREE: MAPLE WALNUT CHOCOLATE CHIP! This flavorful Limited Edition Cookie gives you our Chocolate Chip Cookie mixed with the highest quality Maple Syrup. We throw in some housemade Candied Walnuts and sprinkle the top with a generous serving of our own special Cinnamon Nutmeg Sugar.
WEEK FOUR: WHITE CHOCOLATE CARAMEL MACADAMIA NUT! We can’t just give you a standard White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie! Our homemade Salted Caramel is what makes this Cookie extra special. The caramel bakes right in and sometimes even explodes right out to offer you a cookie that is fun and packed with flavors. To finish, we’ve added a generous coating of delicious Macadamia Nut Crumble to the top!

Gideon’s Bakehouse Disney Springs
Gideon’s Bakehouse at Disney Springs is a must-visit for dessert enthusiasts, renowned for its nearly half-pound, handcrafted cookies that have garnered a cult following. Originating from Orlando’s East End Market, Gideon’s Bakehouse expanded to Disney Springs, where it offers an immersive gothic-themed experience reminiscent of a vintage bookstore, complete with dim lighting, antique decor, and a stone gargoyle guarding the entrance.
Due to its popularity, lines can be long, especially on weekends and holidays. Also, for the freshest experience, don’t miss the “Hot Cookie Hour” from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily, when cookies are served warm and gooey with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Located in The Landing at Disney Springs, near Morimoto Asia and Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar, Gideon’s Bakehouse is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (11:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays).
