The Toothsome 10-Year Anniversary brings a limited menu and CityWalk party to Universal Orlando this September, plus new dishes and a chocolate shake.

Ten years of steampunk gears, chocolate fountains, and questionable but beloved robot mascots. The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen at Universal CityWalk is marking its 10-Year Anniversary this September with a limited-time menu and a dedicated party day, and honestly, it is about time somebody threw Professor Doctor Penelope Tibeaux Tinker-Toothsome a proper celebration. According to Universal Orlando’s official announcement, the Toothsome 10-Year Anniversary celebration runs all September long, with a special event planned for Saturday, September 19, and the anniversary menu available for reservations through September 30.

The Toothsome 10-Year Anniversary Celebration: What to Expect on September 19

The headline event lands on Saturday, September 19, from 3 to 6 p.m., when Penelope and her robotic sidekick Jacques host guests for an afternoon built entirely around chocolate. Expect a steampunk-inspired chocolate display featuring the two mascots, an interactive melted chocolate dipping station with marshmallows and fresh fruit, and a family-friendly Chocolate Origins showcase that walks through the history of cacao, complete with a cacao pod display and a look at the Felchlin chocolate journey through pop-up banners and video.

There is also a cacao bean Melanger and Chocolate Coating display station for anyone who wants to see the process up close, a themed photo booth for the obligatory anniversary selfie, and a custom engraved chocolate coin featuring the 10-year logo to take home. It is a lot of chocolate, in the best possible way.

The food, as always at Toothsome, does the heavy lifting. Here is the full anniversary lineup, available all September.

Cheers to Ten Years Shake Toothsome
  • Cheers to 10 Years! Shake — Chocolate and hazelnut spread flavored ice cream, topped with chocolate gears and a chocolate candle, served in a chocolate dipped mason jar.
  • Crispy Zucchini — Parmesan crusted zucchini served with a sesame soy dipping sauce.
  • Sedona BBQ Chicken Salad — Romaine with chipotle grilled chicken, roasted corn, black beans, avocado, pepper jack, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, and sweet drop peppers, tossed in chipotle lime vinaigrette with crispy tortilla strips.
  • Forest Mushroom Flatbread — Goat cheese, caramelized onions, and arugula, finished with truffle oil.
  • Grilled Steak Sandwich — Grilled steak on a French baguette with caramelized onions, roasted mushrooms, tomato jam, arugula, garlic herb aioli, and horseradish cream.
  • Gnocchi — Chewy gnocchi with grilled chicken breast, sweet peppers, rapini, and a mole cream sauce.

If forced to rank them, the Gnocchi and the Grilled Steak Sandwich stand out as the most fully realized savory dishes on the list, but the anniversary shake is clearly the one built for photos.

Should You Book It?

Reservations are open now for any time through September 30, and given how quickly Toothsome tables disappear on weekend nights at CityWalk, booking ahead of the September 19 event is the smart move rather than the optional one. If you are not able to make the party window, the full anniversary menu is still worth a stop on its own.
For context on where this menu fits into Toothsome’s bigger picture, it follows a run of significant changes to the restaurant, including the 2026 Toothsome menu overhaul that removed the longtime brunch section, and the broader Universal CityWalk menu refresh that leaned the restaurant further into its French-inspired chocolate roots.
