The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium menu has changed, removing the iconic French Toast Patty Melt and the entire all-day brunch section for visitors.

Calling all chocolate lovers and culinary adventurers! Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen at Universal CityWalk Orlando is a must-see. As soon as you step inside, you’re transported to a detailed 19th-century steampunk world. The air is thick with the aroma of chocolate, and the atmosphere is filled with towering pipes, intricate gadgets, and the hum of fantastical machinery. Okay, maybe that is an exaggeration, but you get the idea.

You might even be lucky enough to encounter Professor Doctor Penelope Tibeaux-Tinker Toothsome or her faithful robot companion, Jacques, as they mingle with guests, adding a delightful character dining element to your meal. While the immersive experience is a huge draw, we’ve noticed significant updates to the Toothsome Chocolate Emporium menu that we need to discuss. The gears are turning and the steam is rising at Universal CityWalk, but the menu at Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen has just undergone a major “recalibration.”
The Vanishing Brunch (With a Silver Lining)

The biggest change is the disappearance of the dedicated “All-day Brunch” section. This means several unique items are no longer available in their original format.
The all-day brunch menu being gone is a significant shift, leaving a gap for those who appreciated a mid-day breakfast feast. However, the news isn’t all bad. In fairness, some menu items from that brunch menu survived the recent menu purge and can still be enjoyed. Two standout former brunch menu items are now available on the dessert menu:
- Chocolate Waffle (V) – $16: Chocolate shavings, chocolate chunks, strawberry chocolate ganache, whipped topping, micro mint, powdered sugar, and crushed OREOS.
- Hazelnut & Banana Crepes (V) – $17: Mascarpone, NUTELLA, brûléed bananas, chopped hazelnuts, powdered sugar, and chocolate whipped topping.

The most shocking Toothsome Chocolate Emporium menu news for fans of sweet-and-savory fusion is that the French Toast Patty Melt has been removed. This ambitious creation, featuring a beef patty, bacon, and cheddar cheese sandwiched between two thick slices of French toast, with a side of syrup, was a hallmark of the Emporium’s creative spirit. Its departure, along with the official end of the all-day brunch menu, marks a significant shift in the restaurant’s offerings.
Other Notable Departures From Toothsome Chocolate Emporium Menu

Unfortunately, the Toothsome Chocolate Emporium menu purge wasn’t kind to every favorite. Several additional key items have been removed. Gone is the Red Reuben ($20.95), which featured Boar’s Head corned beef, Alpine Lace Swiss cheese, braised red cabbage, grilled artisan rye, and 1000 Island dressing. Also missing are the popular Provence Totchos ($13.95), which were covered in truffle brie fondue, Calabrian chili honey, crumbled bacon, green onion, and roast garlic aioli. These disappearances are sure to leave a hole in the hearts (and stomachs) of many regulars.

Exploring the Current Toothsome Chocolate Emporium Menu
Beyond the changes, the remaining menu is still diverse and extensive. Here’s a quick tour of what’s currently available:
Appetizers:
Start your meal with unique bites like:
- Warm Chocolate Almond Bread ($8.95) with salted caramel butter.
- Toothsome Totchos ($14.95) with chorizo mornay and Calabrian chili honey.
- Cocoa & Hot Honey Wings ($19.95) dusted with cocoa and coated in hot honey glaze.
- Plus, a variety of flatbreads, fries, and soups.
Salads & Sandwiches (More Than Just Chocolate):
For lighter fare or classic handhelds, you can choose from:
- The classic Waldorf Chicken Salad ($22.95).
- A Tuna Melt Madame ($20.95) with truffle aioli on challah bread.
- The Southern Fried Chicken BLT ($22.95) with Calabrian-honey aioli.
- The Monte Cristo ($19.95) which leans sweet and savory, much like the new French Toast Patty Melt.
Toothsome Chocolate Emporium Menu Entrées:
The entrée list is impressive, catering to meat, seafood, and plant-based diners alike:
- Steaks like Steak Au Poivre ($49.95) and the Toothsome Signature Beef Filet Mignon ($45.95).
- Chicken Alfredo ($29.95) and Wild Mushroom Risotto ($27.95).
- Creative poultry and fish, such as Braised Short Rib ($37.95) and Teriyaki Salmon ($34.95).
- The burger selection includes the complex Burger Au Poivre ($22.95) and the plant-based Tooth & Blue Burger ($22.95).
Toothsome Chocolate Emporium remains one of Universal CityWalk’s most unique dining destinations. The menu has seen some significant shake-ups, and we’ll certainly miss the all-day brunch, especially the deletion of the French Toast Patty Melt. Still, the survival of key sweet treats keeps the spirit of creative dining alive. Whether you’re there for a full meal or just to witness the steampunk spectacle, the current menu still offers plenty of intrigue for every palate.
