These Two LEGO Festival Treats Are Only Available for a Limited Time

LEGO Festival treats at Legoland Florida include a decorate-your-own cookie and frozen mango lemonade with strawberry boba, available through August 16.
Well, after some technical difficulties and some much-needed time away from the keyboard, we are back with our noon weekday theme park dining reviews. However, last week, we were invited to the LEGO Festival at Legoland Florida. We will have an overview article about that event in the upcoming days. Today, it is about the food and beverages.
The LEGO Festival is bringing plenty of colorful fun to Legoland Florida this summer, and guests looking for a snack break can find two limited-time treats created exclusively for the event. Available through August 16, the LEGO Festival exclusive treats give visitors a chance to cool down with a refreshing frozen drink or get creative with a cookie that is almost too much fun to eat.

Both treats are available near the front of the theme park at Legoland Coffee Co., making it easy for guests to pick up a snack while exploring the festival. During a recent visit, we tried both offerings to see whether these special treats live up to the playful spirit of LEGO Festival 2026. For full disclosure, we ordered these treats from the same locations with the same procedure as other guests. However, in our case, we were given vouchers for these items, so we did not pay for them.
LEGO Minifigure Head Cookie

The LEGO Minifigure Head Cookie is the more interactive of the two festival treats. Additionally, it is an elder statesperson of LEGO Festival treats since it was a part of the inaugural LEGO Festival last year. Rather than simply ordering a finished cookie, guests get the opportunity to decorate their own LEGO Minifigure Head Cookie before digging in.
The concept is simple, but it fits perfectly with the overall LEGO Festival experience. Guests can add their own creative touches to the cookie and then, once the decorating is finished, enjoy the final product.
There is something especially fitting about being able to customize a LEGO-themed treat at a festival built around creativity and play. While plenty of theme park snacks are designed to look good for a photo, this one gives guests an activity to go along with their dessert.
Sweet Interactivity

The cookie itself offers a sweet option for guests who want something to enjoy as they continue their day in the park. The biggest appeal, however, is the experience of decorating it yourself. For families visiting with children, the Minifigure Head Cookie can also provide a nice change of pace from the attractions and festival activities. It is a treat that encourages guests to slow down for a few minutes and create something before eating it. Also, there is a certain irony in spending time carefully decorating a LEGO Minifigure Head Cookie only to consume it immediately.
The flavor is what you would expect from a kids’ treat. The cookie base, icing, and toppings provide the sugary experience without being too exotic.
If you are visiting LEGO Festival with kids, this is the treat we would recommend if you are looking for something interactive. It is also a fun option for anyone who enjoys the creative side of the LEGO brand. The LEGO Minifigure Head Cookie is available at Legoland Coffee Co. during LEGO Festival through August 16.
LEGO Festival Treats: Lyrical Lemonade

If you are looking for something cold and refreshing during a summer visit to Legoland Florida, the Lyrical Lemonade is the more beverage-focused option of the two festival-exclusive treats. This frozen mango lemonade combines a sweet and fruity frozen mango lemonade base with strawberry boba and fresh diced mango. The result is a colorful drink that delivers plenty of tropical summer flavor.
The frozen lemonade base provides the biggest part of the experience. The mango flavor brings a tropical sweetness to the drink, while the lemonade adds a bit of tartness to keep the beverage from becoming overwhelmingly sweet.

The strawberry boba adds another layer of texture. Rather than simply drinking a traditional frozen lemonade, guests get juicy bursts of strawberry flavor as they make their way through the beverage. Like the Green Apple Frozen Lemonade during the FIFA World Cup experience at Legoland Florida, the boba adds more than just texture. The flavor of the boba works well and will be hard to discourage your kids from wanting based on our experience on the opening day of the LEGO Festival.
Fresh diced mango provides another fruity element and helps reinforce the tropical flavor profile. Still, for us, the Lyrical Lemonade is the more refreshing choice of the two LEGO Festival treats, particularly when visiting Legoland Florida during the heat of summer. A frozen beverage is always welcome after spending time walking around the park, and the mango and strawberry combination feels appropriate for a summer festival. The drink is also visually appealing, with the colorful toppings making it an easy choice for anyone who enjoys taking photos of theme park food and drinks. The Lyrical Lemonade is available exclusively during LEGO Festival at LEGOLAND Coffee Co. through August 16.
Which LEGO Festival Treat Should You Try?
While both LEGO Festival treats are exclusive to LEGO Festival 2026, they offer very different experiences. The LEGO Minifigure Head Cookie is the better choice for guests who want an interactive snack. Decorating your own cookie adds an activity to the experience, making this a particularly good option for families and younger LEGO fans.
The Lyrical Lemonade, meanwhile, is our pick for anyone looking for a refreshing summer beverage. The frozen mango lemonade, strawberry boba and fresh diced mango create a fruity combination that feels right at home during a summer day at Legoland Florida. Of course, there is no reason you have to choose just one. The two treats complement each other nicely. You can decorate your Minifigure Head Cookie for a little extra LEGO-themed fun and then grab a Lyrical Lemonade to help cool down afterward.
LEGO Festival Treats 2026

LEGO Festival 2026 is adding another layer of fun to the summer calendar at Legoland Florida. These two exclusive treats give guests something special to seek out during their visit. The LEGO Minifigure Head Cookie turns dessert into an activity, allowing guests to decorate their own edible LEGO-inspired creation before enjoying it. The Lyrical Lemonade takes a more traditional approach to theme park refreshment while adding frozen mango lemonade, strawberry boba and fresh diced mango for a colorful and fruity beverage.
Our recommendation is simple: If you want a snack that is part of the entertainment, go with the LEGO Minifigure Head Cookie. If you need something cold and refreshing while exploring the park, choose the Lyrical Lemonade.
Better yet, try both LEGO Festival treats while they are available. These LEGO Festival Exclusive Treats are only available for a limited time, running July 20 through August 16, 2026, at LEGOLAND Coffee Co. That means guests will have a relatively short window to try them before they disappear, so they should be added to the must-try list for anyone visiting Legoland Florida during the festival.
