Exclusive Legoland Florida World Cup Menu: Full Review

We rolled up our sleeves and tried all three of the limited-time items available for the event. Here is our breakdown of how they look, how much they cost, and whether they are worth your theme park dollars.
1. Green Apple Frozen Lemonade

- Price: $10.39
- Official Description: “Refreshing Frozen Lemonade infused with vibrant green apple syrup and topped with green apple boba pearls. Sweet, tart, and irresistibly cool!”
- The Look: This vibrant, bright neon-green frozen beverage is served in a clear plastic cup, showcasing a dense layer of dark green apple boba pearls sitting at the very bottom. It is topped with a clear, domed lid and a wide-diameter green-and-white-striped paper straw, perfect for catching the boba.
- Our Verdict: As the sign promises, this drink is incredibly refreshing and makes a fantastic summer treat to combat the Florida heat. The green apple flavor is excellent. It strikes a great balance that doesn’t feel overly artificial or “too kid drink-ish,” yet remains highly approachable for all ages. It is packed with lots and lots of green apple boba pearls that pop with flavor. While sitting nearby at the coffee shop, we noticed about one out of every three kids walked past the sign promoting this sounding genuinely excited, pointing and saying, “Green apple frozen lemonade!” It is an absolute hit.
2. Messy Fries

- Price: $10.89
- Official Description: “Crispy Sidewinder Fries smothered in warm cheddar cheese sauce and topped with tender pulled pork, crispy bacon, diced ham, drizzle of our signature house sauce, and finished with fresh chives. A crave-worthy, fully loaded favorite.”
- The Look: A generous portion of thick, twisted sidewinder-cut fries serves as the base, presented in a red-and-white patterned paper boat with green geometric paper liner. The golden-brown fries are heavily smothered in rich, warm nacho-style cheese sauce, piled high with tender shredded pulled pork, diced ham, and crispy bacon bits, and then drizzled with sweet barbecue sauce and chives.
- Our Verdict: Between the two savory dishes, the fries were a highly decent option, and we strongly think most people will prefer this choice over the BBQ dog. The combination of the rich nacho-style cheese poured over the thick-cut sidewinder fries works beautifully with the savory pulled pork, extra meats, and barbecue toppings. One important note for parents and sensitive palates: the cheese sauce does carry a noticeable, mild spicy kick. Most guests will handle and enjoy that heat perfectly fine, but those who are very averse to a spicy kick in their food should probably avoid it. However, we do have to say that calling them “Messy” fries felt lazy, and Lionel Messi might agree.

3. BBQ Dog

- Price: $11.89
- Official Description: “An All-Beef Hot Dog on a split-top brioche bun, topped with tender pulled pork, smoky BBQ sauce, crispy onions, and a cabbage and pickle coleslaw for a classic BBQ flavor with crunch and tang.”
- The Look: A large, classic grilled all-beef hot dog inside a soft, split-top brioche bun, heavily loaded with a layer of shredded pulled pork, a substantial amount of colorful cabbage and pickle coleslaw, and topped with crispy fried onion straws. It’s served in a matching red-and-white patterned paper boat.
- Our Verdict: This item felt like a standard, average hot dog underneath a mountain of heavy toppings. It feels a bit like the culinary team was trying to make a barbecue pulled pork sandwich happen on top of a hot dog. While it is tasty if you love pork on pork, it doesn’t quite harmonize as cleanly as the fries do.
Value and Final Thoughts

When it comes to theme park dining, portion size and value are always top of mind. Both the BBQ dog and the Messy Fries come in generous portions, making them a decent value for theme park food. If you are looking for a satisfying, filling snack to share or a quick lunch, the fries are your best bet. Pair them with the exceptionally refreshing Green Apple Frozen Lemonade to complete your Legoland Florida World Cup match-day feast. Be sure to catch the festival before the final whistle blows on July 19th.
