Put your taste buds to the test with the Hot Ones Munchie Meal at Jack in the Box, featuring a fiery Chick-N-Tater Melt and collectible soccer gear.

If you have ever watched celebrities completely lose their minds, weep openly, and question their life choices while eating chicken wings on the internet, you are well aware of Hot Ones. Also, if you have ever sat in a drive-thru at 2:00 AM wondering if a burger stacked with curly fries is a good idea, you are well aware of Jack in the Box. Now, the fast-food gods have decided to combine internet-induced tear ducts with late-night cravings.

Just in time for the world’s biggest soccer showdown, Jack in the Box is teaming up with Hot Ones to debut the new Hot Ones Munchie Meal, an exclusive, limited-time bundle built to fuel your summer watch parties. Continuing Jack’s 75th-anniversary celebration of bringing back menu throwbacks, the collaboration features two limited-time offerings that the Jack Pack has been waiting for. Returning on June 1 are the Sriracha Curly Fry Burger and the Chick-N-Tater Melt, both reimagined with a Hot Ones twist. They are taking foods that already test the boundaries of nutritional sanity and dousing them in pure liquid adrenaline.

For those of us living in the Sunshine State, this news hits a little closer to home than usual. Historically, East Coasters could only watch West Coast fast-food fever dreams from afar. However, thanks to Jack in the Box’s recent, aggressive expansion into Florida, including the newly minted holy grail of curly fries in Longwood, we can actually participate in the spicy self-sabotage without buying a plane ticket. You can now pull up to a local Florida drive-thru, roll down your window into the humid 90-degree air, and order food specifically engineered to make you sweat from the inside out. Good luck!

Ready for the Last Dab?

The Hot Ones Munchie Meal lineup also includes new Hot Ones Sauced & Loaded Fries, featuring Jack’s Famous Seasoned Curly Fries topped with cheddar cheese sauce, shredded cheddar, and a choice of Hot Ones Sriracha or Hot Ones Buffalo sauce. Hot Ones flavors also make their way into new value meal offerings, featuring either a Hot Ones Sriracha Jr. Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger or Hot Ones Buffalo Jr. Chicken Sandwich. To kick things up a notch, an exclusive packet of The Last Dab: Apollo is also available for an extra $1.25.

Yes, you read that correctly. For a single dollar and a quarter, you can purchase a packet of “The Last Dab: Apollo.” That is a remarkably low price to pay for what is essentially edible pepper spray. It’s the ultimate test of hubris. You can sit in your car in the parking lot staring into your rearview mirror, and try to deliver a poignant, existential monologue about your career choices just like Sean Evans interviewing a Hollywood A-lister, all while your nose runs uncontrollably. The corporate masterminds behind this culinary fever dream seem genuinely thrilled about the chaos they are unleashing.

Ciaran Duffy

“With the Hot Ones™ Sriracha Curly Fry Burger and the Chick-N-Tater Melt, we wanted to create something that felt true to both brands,” said Ciaran Duffy, executive chef at Jack in the Box. “The result is a bold, elevated take on familiar favorites that bring the collaboration to life in a way that still feels distinctly Jack.”

Inspired by Jack Box’s past life as one of the world’s spiciest soccer players, the collaboration also pairs soccer-themed collectibles with signature Hot Ones flavors to bring game-day energy to fans all summer long. (We aren’t going to look too closely into Jack Box’s lore as a “spiciest soccer player,” but we respect the hustle.)

The Limited-Time Menu

Here’s a look at the Hot Ones Munchie Meal full roster:

  • The Hot Ones Sriracha Curly Fry Burger, stacked with a jumbo beef patty, curly fries, jalapeños and melty American cheese topped with Hot Ones™ Sriracha Sauce on a buttery bakery bun.
  • The Buffalo Chick-N-Tater Melt, a saucy twist on the beloved fan-favorite. Fully loaded with a chicken patty, hickory smoked bacon, a hash brown, Swiss-style and cheddar cheeses, cheese sauce and Hot Ones™ Buffalo Sauce on a buttery croissant.
  • Each Munchie Meal also comes with two tacos, regular curly fries, and a drink.
  • Hot Ones Sauced & Loaded Fries, choice of Hot Ones Sriracha or Hot Ones Buffalo drizzled over Jack’s Famous Seasoned Curly Fries with Cheddar Cheese Sauce and Shredded Cheddar.
  • Hot Ones: Munch Better Deals, featuring a choice of a Hot Ones Sriracha Jr. Jumbo Jack Cheeseburger or Hot Ones Buffalo Jr. Chicken Sandwich. Available with single or double patty options, complete with fries and a drink.

Fans can also score a limited-edition soccer-themed collectible with each meal. They will get either a Jack Mini Bobblehead or a Jack Mini Jersey Keychain. Blind-bagged and full of surprises, each item comes in five collectible variations, while supplies last. Because nothing says “I survived a near-lethal dose of Scoville units” quite like a blind-bagged mini jersey keychain.

Hot Ones Munchie Meal and First We Feast

“Hot Ones is thrilled to bring the heat to Jack in the Box’s iconic 75th anniversary with our limited-time Hot Ones™ Munchie Meal and menu items,” said Chris Schonberger, CEO of First We Feast and creator of Hot Ones. “Jack in the Box is a true West Coast icon, serving up undeniable cravings with a playful side of cultural mischief from Jack himself, making it a natural fit for Hot Ones™. This collaboration delivers spicy, craveable twists on Jack in the Box favorites their fans will instantly recognize.”

Ready to get saucy? The limited-time collab lands in stores and on the Jack app June 1 and will be available until July 22. Consider this your official countdown. Protect your stomachs, cue up the soccer matches, and prepare your dignity. The heat is coming.
