Chick-fil-A new sandwiches are being tested in Oklahoma and North Carolina, featuring bold flavors like avocado sriracha and sweet chili lime.

Chick-fil-A is once again experimenting with its menu, rolling out two brand-new chicken sandwiches as limited-time tests in select U.S. markets. The new offerings, available only in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina, showcase bolder flavors and globally inspired ingredients than the brand’s traditional lineup.

The test items officially launched on February 2 and will be available through March 7, or while supplies last. As with past test menu items, customer feedback will help determine whether either sandwich could eventually expand to more locations nationwide.
Chick-fil-A New Sandwiches: Avocado Sriracha BLT Sandwich Tests in Oklahoma City
Guests in the Oklahoma City market can try the Avocado Sriracha BLT Sandwich, a spicy, layered twist on Chick-fil-A’s classic chicken sandwich. The sandwich features a freshly breaded Original Chick-fil-A Chicken filet served on Sriracha Swirl Toast, topped with lettuce, tomato, hardwood-smoked bacon, and a seasoned avocado mash. A side of Cayenne Ranch sauce adds even more heat for guests who want to dial up the spice. Customers can also customize the sandwich by swapping in grilled or spicy chicken filets, giving this test item added flexibility for different taste preferences.
Chick-fil-A New Sandwiches: Sweet Chili Lime Crunch Sandwich Debuts in North Carolina
Meanwhile, Chick-fil-A is testing the Sweet Chili Lime Crunch Sandwich in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina, including Greensboro, Winston-Salem, and High Point.
This sandwich starts with a breaded Original Chicken filet on a toasted, buttered white bun. It’s topped with a Ginger Lime Cool Crunch, a slaw made from cabbage, kale, and a ginger lime dressing, then finished with a drizzle of sweet chili sauce. Guests can also opt for a spicy filet for an extra kick. The result is a sweet-and-spicy flavor profile with a crisp, refreshing crunch, a noticeable departure from Chick-fil-A’s more traditional sandwich builds.
What These Tests Could Mean for Chick-fil-A’s Menu

Chick-fil-A frequently uses regional test markets to explore new flavors and concepts before considering broader releases. Previous tests have led to fan-favorite items, while others remain exclusive experiments.
These latest sandwiches suggest the brand continues to explore spicier sauces, global flavor influences, and premium toppings, while still anchoring new items around its signature chicken filet. If customer response is strong, either sandwich could influence future menu additions.
