BBQ Pork Mac & Cheese debuts at SeaWorld Orlando’s Seven Seas Food Festival as a rotating All-American Market item, featuring mac and cheese topped with BBQ pulled pork. Also, we discuss tasting lanyard pricing, rotating menus, and a comparison to Voyager’s Smokehouse.

The Seven Seas Food Festival at SeaWorld Orlando returns on select days through May 17, 2026, transforming the park into a premier global culinary destination. This year’s event is more ambitious than ever, featuring over 200 internationally inspired dishes and beverages across 29 marketplace huts. New for 2026 are eight unique concepts, including the Old Fashioned Milk Co. and Hops and Dreams, alongside a first-ever “Secret Menu” hidden at Sharks Underwater Grill.
As of February 12, 2026, the schedule for the Seven Seas Food Festival Marketplaces looks like this:
Culinary Marketplace Hours
- Thursdays- 2pm-7pm
- Fridays- 3pm-8pm
- Saturday and Sundays 12pm-8pm
This is a change from being open noon to park closing time. Guests should plan accordingly.
Beyond the plate, the festival boasts a star-studded concert lineup at Bayside Stadium. Guests can enjoy performances by legends and hitmakers like Flo Rida, The Beach Boys, Boyz II Men, and Gene Simmons, all included with park admission. With monthly rotating menus and seasonal celebrations like Mardi Gras and Viva La Música, there is always a fresh reason to visit. This year’s Seven Seas Food Festival (running through May 17) offers an exciting new twist on comfort-food classics, with rotating menus featuring fresh, limited-time items throughout the season. At the All-American Market, one such rotating item is the BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese, creamy macaroni and cheese crowned with smoky pulled pork and tangy BBQ. It’s a hearty, festival-friendly twist that slots well into the event’s lineup of global bites.

Quick Perspective: BBQ Pork Mac & Cheese

- Flavor: The BBQ pulled pork adds a rich, smoky punch that elevates the standard mac & cheese base.
- Texture: Creamy and cheesy but, at times, a bit dense — basically what you expect from a theme park comfort dish.
- Flavor: The BBQ pulled pork offers a reasonable level of flavor for a theme park festival item. Our group enjoyed the sauce, even though it may have been a standard theme-park BBQ sauce. However, the mac & cheese lags behind regarding flavor.
- Verdict: The pulled pork was a highlight here, more interesting and flavorful than the pasta itself. However, the mac and cheese base was average, leaning more on comfort than culinary excitement. Still, this Seven Seas Food Festival option is very shareable as opposed to some other festival items.
- Comparison: Fans of funky festival mac dishes will naturally compare this to last year’s Lobster Mac & Cheese in a Cone — and honestly, we preferred that unique seafood-rich twist over this year’s BBQ version. The cone presentation and lobster flavor had more character. In fairness, this Seven Seas Marketplace will have a lobster mac & cheese replacing this item as the event moves on.

Rotating Menus — Why It Matters

SeaWorld’s Seven Seas Food Festival introduced rotating menus for 2026, meaning festival markets refresh their offerings periodically so guests have new reasons to return throughout the run. That’s how the All-American Market lines up:
- BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese: Jan. 30 – Mar. 8
- Lobster Mac & Cheese: Mar. 9 – Apr. 12
- Smoked Brisket Mac & Cheese: Apr. 13 – May 17
This format mirrors how food festivals like Epcot’s Flower & Garden or Food & Wine rotate bites at some food and beverage locations, keeping buzz up and queues filled with curious guests.
Get More Tastes for Less: Tasting Lanyards

If you plan to sample across the festival, and trust us, one item won’t be enough, the Seven Seas Food & Beverage Sampling Lanyard is a savvy way to taste around:
- 10-Sample Lanyard: ~$74.99
- 15-Sample Lanyard: ~$89.99
These lanyards let you mix and match food and drink samples across the festival’s booths, a great way to unlock tastings without paying full price per item. Pass members get extra perks, like 18 samples for the cost of 15 on some lanyards.
Quick-Service Tie-In: Voyager’s Smokehouse

Speaking of BBQ, SeaWorld’s Voyager’s Smokehouse quick-service restaurant serves up its own Loaded Mac & Cheese with BBQ pulled pork or beef brisket all year round.
- Connection: The festival’s BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese echoes this signature BBQ-mac combo, but in a festival sampler format.
- Difference: Voyager’s version is a full entrée with sides and consistently smoked meats, whereas the festival version trades portion size for variety and novelty.
This makes the festival dish feel more like a clever sampler riff on a Smokehouse favorite — perfect for those who want a taste without sitting down for a full meal.
BBQ Pork Mac & Cheese at Seven Seas Food Festival

BBQ Pork Mac & Cheese at the All-American Market is worth a scoop if you’re exploring the Seven Seas Food Festival, especially for BBQ lovers. The pulled pork delivers on flavor, even if the mac base stays pretty classic, holding it back. However, for those chasing standout bites, last year’s Lobster Mac & Cheese in a Cone still sits at the top of the list in terms of creative festival eats. Pair it with a tasting lanyard for best value — and make sure you stop back later in the season for the rotating lobster and brisket mac options too! For sweet treat fans, you can venture over to the Gulf Coast Marketplace for the Bananas Foster Beignets.
