Holidays at Legoland Florida has officially launched its 2025 season, bringing the park to life with sparkling lights, holiday entertainment, specialty shows, and, most importantly to us, a lineup of exclusive Legoland Florida holiday food offerings. As invited media for opening day, our group received two food vouchers. We managed to sample three seasonal dishes scattered across the park.

Between festive entertainment, holiday characters, and the towering brick tree lighting ceremony, we even managed to confirm the opening date for the upcoming Galacticoaster (full story here:

Before diving fork-first into the food, here’s what you need to know about the holiday event itself.

Legoland Florida & Its Annual Holiday Celebration

Holidays at Legoland Florida

Legoland Florida Resort is the go-to destination for families and any adult with a soft spot for minifigures. It is located in Winter Haven, Florida, and filled with brightly colored LEGO theming on a grand scale. The resort includes Legoland Park, Peppa Pig Theme Park, and Legoland Water Park, as well as hotel options that all embrace playful creativity.

Every winter, the resort transforms for Holidays at Legoland Florida, a seasonal celebration packed with holiday shows, meet-and-greets, exclusive entertainment, and a giant LEGO-style Christmas tree anchoring the festivities. This year’s full event breakdown can be found here:

Of course, no theme park holiday season is complete without exclusive Legoland Florida holiday food. This year brings several fun new items to snack, sip, or devour between shows. We focused on three of the most eye-catching menu items available on select days through December 31, 2025.

Legoland Florida Holiday Food Reviews

Pretzel BRRR-Ger

Location: Kick’n Chicken Company (Yes, a burger at a chicken place)

Price: $19.69
Menu Description: A juicy beef patty on a warm golden pretzel bun slathered with creamy herb and garlic cheese spread, a layer of tangy cranberry marmalade, and a crown of maple-candied bacon. Served with fries.

The Pretzel BRRR-Ger is Legoland’s answer to the eternal question: “How do you make a burger feel like Christmas?” The result is surprisingly successful and easily one of the highlights among this year’s Legoland Florida holiday food lineup.

The pretzel bun is a bit tough yet chewy, the burger itself hits all the right familiar notes, and the cranberry marmalade adds just enough seasonal flair without overwhelming the dish. The maple-candied bacon on top offers a sweet crunch, though we certainly would’ve welcomed even more of it. The included fries are a smaller portion, but the burger itself holds its own.

Verdict: A fun, flavorful, and festive twist on a classic theme park burger.

The Nutcracker Sundae

Location: Firehouse Ice Cream
Price: $18.69
Menu Description: Creamy butter pecan ice cream with a full slice of pecan pie, drizzled with warm caramel, topped with candied pecans and festive sprinkles, served in a souvenir LEGO minifigure head.

This dessert is exactly what holiday indulgence looks like in brick form: a swirl of ice cream, caramel, candied pecans, and sprinkles. Since this is Legoland, a small slice of pecan pie is served inside a Lego minifigure head. The sundae delivers the flavors you expect. Butter pecan ice cream, caramel, crunchy nuts, and that bonus slice of pie all blend together nicely. It’s tasty and fun, though not earth-shattering. Kids, however, will absolutely lose it over the souvenir cup.

Verdict: A sweet and whimsical addition to the Legoland Florida holiday food lineup.

Jingle Bell Spud

Legoland Florida Holiday Food

Location: Dragon’s Den (Medieval Section)
Price: $8.69
Menu Description: A fluffy baked russet potato piled high with house-made chili, melty cheddar, crisp bacon, cool sour cream, and a sprinkle of green onions.

This is the most budget-friendly item of the trio, and it earns immediate points for being under nine dollars, a rare feat for any seasonal theme park item. Flavor-wise, though, it’s straightforward. The toppings are familiar, and the potato is hearty, but the portions and seasoning feel modest. It’s a solid, warming meal, especially for families who want something filling and more nutritious than sweets, but it won’t be topping any fan-favorite lists.

Verdict: A value-focused, no-frills entry in the Legoland Florida holiday food lineup.

Legoland Florida Holiday Food

With only two food vouchers and a full schedule of holiday entertainment, we weren’t able to try every seasonal dish. Still, these three limited-time offerings give a well-rounded snapshot of this year’s Legoland Florida holiday food options.

Best overall: Pretzel BRRR-Ger
Most fun presentation: The Nutcracker Sundae
Best value: Jingle Bell Spud
