Find out if the Brew-Wing Labs Epcot is a must-do at the 2025 Food & Wine Festival. We review the Korean BBQ Wings.

Epcot Food & Wine Festival 2025

The Epcot International Food & Wine Festival in 2025 runs through November 22nd. This popular event offers a culinary journey around the world with over 30 Global Marketplace food booths. Guests can enjoy a wide array of new and returning food and beverage items, from savory dishes like the new Beijing Zhajiang Noodles to sweet treats like the new Basque Cheesecake.
Highlights of the 2025 festival include the return of the fan-favorite “Eat to the Beat Concert Series,” featuring a lineup of internationally recognized artists and local bands. Attendees can also participate in scavenger hunts like Remy’s Ratatouille Hide & Squeak and Emile’s Fromage Montage, which offers a prize for sampling various cheese dishes. New for 2025 are two delayed-opening marketplaces: Coastal Eats and a Guardians of the Galaxy-inspired booth, “Gyozas of the Galaxy,” both of which open on September 28th. The festival provides a vibrant atmosphere for guests to savor global flavors, enjoy live entertainment, and explore Epcot’s offerings.
During our Epcot adventure, we tried the Korean BBQ Wings. In fairness, we have tried them on three different occassion now. The Korean BBQ Wings are found in the Odyssey Building in the Brew-Wing Labs set-up that has been located in this building for the last three years of the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. This festival area also has two excellent options: The Garlic-Parmesan Wings and the IMPOSSIBLE Chicken Tenders. We recommend those for most guests.
Brew-Wing Labs Epcot: Korean BBQ Wings Review – $7.75 (Odyssey Building)

The Korean BBQ Wings at the 2025 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival are a standout offering at the Brew-Wing Lab, located in The Odyssey pavilion. Priced at $7.75, these wings are coated in a savory gochujang barbecue sauce and garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
We found ourselves surprised by the quality of these wings. One of our group members, who usually avoids eating wings, was even surprised by the quality. These new wings offer a spicy kick, but most guests should handle that spice level easily. item selection might qualify as a hot take. These wings replaced the popular Peanut Butter & Jelly Wings.
The wings were crispy, while the chicken remained moist. The gochujang sauce provides a rich, umami flavor with a subtle heat, complemented by the nuttiness of the sesame seeds. Sure, wings are something you can get in many places outside of the theme parks. Still, have you priced wings lately? We got four decent-sized wings for under eight dollars at Walt Disney World. That price is not too bad.
Gochujang Sauce

For those less familiar with gochujang sauce, the sauce is a staple Korean fermented chili paste known for its complex flavor profile. It is made from red chili powder, glutinous rice, fermented soybeans, and salt. While that may not sound impressive, this sauce offers a robust flavor depending on the preparation method. It offers a unique blend of savory, sweet, and spicy notes with a distinct umami depth. The fermentation process gives it a thick, sticky consistency and a mild sweetness that balances the heat. Gochujang is a versatile ingredient, perfect for marinades, sauces, stews, and dipping sauces.
Brew-Wing Labs Epcot: Concerns about Korean BBQ Wings

While most guests feel the Koream BBQ Wings qualify as one of the best new items at Epcot Food & Wine Festival, there are legitimate concerns to consider before ordering. For example, some guests will not like the flavor of the gochujang barbecue sauce. Additionally, these wings offer plenty of sauce. For some, the large amount of sauce can be an issue. However, based on the type of batter being used, that sauce amount makes sense.
The Korean BBQ Wings at the Epcot Food & Wine Festival will not be the best wings you have ever eaten. However, they make an excellent addition to the Brew-Wing Labs Epcot. Additionally, they make a great festival food option to share based on the portion size.
