While the thrilling rides and captivating animal encounters remain a highlight of any Busch Gardens visit, this festival elevates the experience with an impressive selection of seasonal brews, innovative beer-inspired dishes, and live entertainment that will have you tapping your toes.

Busch Gardens stated in a press release about Bier Fest that, “Bier Fest, Brews & BBQ brings together classic German flavors, the best of backyard favorites and refreshing beverages, while enjoying tunes at Helga’s Bier Garten. Beyond the festival area, guests can enjoy family-friendly activities, up-close encounters with amazing animals and top-off a day of festive fun with Florida’s most thrilling rides including Phoenix Rising or the ALL-NEW family friendly adventure realm, Wild Oasis.”

Busch Gardens Bier Fest – Fridays Through Sundays

Each weekend promises a rotating selection of 30 to 40 craft beers, sourced from over 40 breweries, ensuring there’s always something new and exciting to discover for both seasoned beer enthusiasts and curious newcomers. From crisp lagers to hoppy IPAs and rich stouts, the diverse array of beverages guarantees a perfect pairing for every palate.

Beyond the brews, the “BBQ” in Busch Gardens Bier Fest Brews & BBQ promises to shine, according to Busch Gardens. Based on the online menu, we anticipate an improvement in quality this year compared to last year. Guests can expect an array of smoky, savory flavors that complement the bold characteristics of the beers on offer. To make the most of the culinary journey, sampler lanyards will be available for purchase, allowing guests to mix and match their choice of five, eight, or ten samples of food, beer, wine, or cocktails. This is an excellent way to try some food and beverages while saving some money.

For those craving savory bites with a European twist, Helga’s Bier Garten serves up German-inspired favorites, including Bratwurst with mustard relish, Currywurst with sauerkraut, and soft pretzel bites—all paired with a curated selection of ice-cold beers on tap.

Guests can enjoy their delicious bites alongside live entertainment from The DeLeon Oktoberfest Band, performing five lively sets each day at Helga’s Bier Garten with festive oompah music, polkas and Bavarian sing-alongs.

In this list of 28 food options, we see some slightly modified versions of festival food items previously presented to guests at Busch Gardens. In addition, we see one or two modified versions of very popular festival food items offered at SeaWorld Orlando, a sister park to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay.
