Before you hit the theme parks, Universal CityWalk is rolling out the red carpet with three unique dishes that are anything but ordinary for UOAP Dining January 2026.

  • VIVO Italian Kitchen: Cacio E Pepe
    • This returning fan-favorite from Passholder Appreciation Days 2024 is a must-try. This classic Italian dish features fresh bucatini, pecorino, and roasted garlic, finished with black pepper and parsley. Italian comfort food at its finest!
  • Antojitos Authentic Mexican Food: Tlayuda
    • Experience the authentic taste of Oaxaca with this traditionally Mexican dish. The Tlayuda is a crispy flour tortilla topped with refried beans, chilorio (pork shoulder), queso fresco, pickled onions, watermelon radish, and lime crema.
  • Voodoo Doughnut: NSFD (Not Safe For Dogs) Doughnut
    • Sorry, pups—this one’s for the Passholders! This unique yeast doughnut is filled with a peanut butter velvet top, coated in sugary chocolate frosting, and sprinkled with crushed cinnamon cereal.
