Universal Mardi Gras Food

While Universal has not yet released the official full 2026 menus, the festival is confirmed to include a diverse array of international cuisine and New Orleans-inspired dishes along the streets of Universal Studios Florida as part of the “International Flavors of Carnaval” experience. Expect offerings that span bold regional tastes, including Cajun favorites and global bites, served at food booths throughout the event.

Food is included with park admission (at an additional cost per item), with dishes typically ranging from snacks and shareables to hearty festival treats. Past menus have featured categories like French Quarter sweets, Caribbean flavors, Latin American bites, European classics, and more. Booths normally feature items such as beignets and king cake from New Orleans alongside globally inspired small plates and drinks and similar offerings are expected for 2026.
