Torchy’s Tacos is turning up the heat and expanding its menu with the official launch of Torched Bowls. This new lineup of bold, layered bowls is designed to satisfy flavor seekers who are ready to bid farewell to their uninspiring, boring bowl entrees. Orlando area theme park fans can visit Torchy’s Tacos location near Walt Disney World at the Vineland location.

Crafted with the same high-quality, craveable ingredients, signature taste, and unapologetic attitude Torchy’s is known for, the new Torchy’s Torched Bowls are anything but boring. The Torchy’s Torched Bowls feature savory proteins, fresh toppings, and punchy sauces. They are all designed to bring full-on flavor and full-belly satisfaction.

Brittany Broski

To mark the moment, Torchy’s has partnered with Brittany Broski, pop culture and internet sensation and self-declared flavor connoisseur, to headline the “Break Up With Boring Bowls” campaign. As the face of the launch, Brittany is starring in a hero ad, and leading social content, and helping fans find their new favorite bowl, including her own limited time collab: The Broski Bowl.

Brittany Broski (born Brittany Alexis Tomlinson on May 10, 1997) is an American comedian, singer, and social‑media star who rose to fame in 2019 thanks to a viral TikTok of her hilariously reacting to kombucha—earning her the affectionate nickname “Kombucha Girl.” She hosts the popular podcasts The Broski Report and the YouTube talk show Royal Court, where she interviews celebrities in a playful medieval setup. Recently, she ventured into music, signing with Atlantic Records and releasing a cover of Harry Styles’ “Adore You” and her original singles, “The Sun” and “Stained,” in 2025.

“This is such an insane full circle moment for me – a dream come true because when I was at Texas A&M, I would save up my broke college kid money to treat myself to Torchy’s queso and it was always a small joy, “says Broski. “And now I have my own Torchy’s Bowl! It combines the harmonious beauties of Texan BBQ and the genius of Torchy and his tacos…I love you, Torchy’s.”

Torchy’s Torched Bowls lineup includes:

  • NEW: The Broski Bowl (Limited Time Offering) – Choice of fried or grilled chicken, cilantro lime rice, black beans, BBQ sauce, creamy chipotle, corn relish, mixed cheese, sliced avocado, and crispy corn tortilla strips.
  • The Big Tipsy Bowl – Choice of fried or grilled chicken, Bacon Bourbon Marmalade, cilantro lime rice, black beans, mixed cheese, corn relish, guacamole, crispy onions, chipotle sauce, and chopped cilantro.
  • The Bonfire Bowl – Choice of grilled salmon or Brushfire jerk chicken, cilantro lime rice, black beans, spinach, diced mango, pickled onions and jalapenos.
  • The Moontower Bowl – Choice of fried shrimp or grilled shrimp, salad mix, diced mango, black bean and corn relish, sliced avocado, pickled onions and jalapenos.

The campaign invites fans across the country to “Break Up With Boring Bowls” — and find true flavor love at Torchy’s. You can now finally find your forever bowl at Torchy’s! The full Torched Bowls menu — including the limited-time Broski Bowl — is available now in-store, online, and via delivery at participating locations.
