TGI Fridays Fondue-It Menu
TGI Fridays is officially turning up the heat and the cheese. The iconic restaurant chain just announced the launch of Fondue-It, a new $3 upgrade that transforms classic dishes into an interactive, tableside spectacle. Whether you are a fan of the Truffle Mushroom Burger or the legendary Loaded Potato Skins, your meal is about to get a whole lot meltier. Now, guests can watch as their favorites arrive on a hot cast-iron skillet, only to be showered with a warm, bubbly cheese pour tableside.

Comparison to the Applebee’s O-M-Cheese Burger has been common. Is this a response to that menu item’s success? Maybe, but TGI Fridays has decided to go for it anyway.
New Innovations: The FRRIB and Dubai Chocolate Espresso Martini
The innovation doesn’t stop at the cheese. TGI Fridays is also introducing The FRRIB, a rib-sandwich hybrid born from an internal global menu contest. Developed by team member Donald Willyard, it features a half-rack of slow-cooked ribs, pulled off the bone and stacked on a warm sub roll with melted cheddar, caramelized onions, and the signature Whiskey-Glaze sauce.
For those with a sweet tooth (and a social media account), the Dubai Chocolate Espresso Martini has arrived. Inspired by the viral dessert trend, this cocktail blends Absolut Vodka, pistachio syrup, and nitro-infused espresso, served alongside actual Dubai-style chocolate.
