Netflix confirms Stranger Things Season Five will debut on November 26 with a three-part release. Here’s everything we know so far.

Netflix announced the release date for the final season of “Stranger Things.” Season five of “Stranger Things” will debut on November 26. This was announced during the Tudum fan event in Los Angeles on May 31.
In an interesting episode release pattern, the season will be split into three parts. Season four was divided into two volumes. The eight-part season five of “Stranger Things” will be divided into three parts, with the second part launching at Christmas 2025 and the finale launching on New Year’s Eve. According to Deadline, Netflix chief content officer Bela Bajaria refused to discuss the split volume approach earlier this year, particularly as some fans were upset about the practice, but did leave the door open for more split seasons.
Stranger Things Season Five

Season five will see new cast members Linda Hamilton, Nell Fisher, Jake Connelly, and Alex Breaux. They join principal cast members Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, David Harbour, Winona Ryder, Natalia Dyer, and Charlie Heaton. Later additions, Sadie Sink, Brett Gelman, Maya Hawke, Jamie Campbell Bower, and Amybeth McNulty are also returning, with Bower embodying the big bad Vecna, who was introduced in Season four.
We also know that there will be a time jump in Season five, which will take place in the fall of 1987, more than a year after the events of Season four, which began in March 1986. The Season four finale ended with Vecna opening a gate to the Upside Down, leading to mass destruction in Hawkins.
“Stranger Things” and Halloween Horror Nights

“Stranger Things” has been featured at Halloween Horror Nights on three occasions. Nevertheless, Hallowen Horror Nights speculation does not indicate that the Netflix show will be a part of the event in 2025. Of course, there is always next year which will be the 35th year of the event at Universal Studios Florida.
