Known for the sourdough soup bowl, the brand is now bringing that same carb-loving energy to the produce aisle with the launch of Panera Salad Stuffers. This new menu category features an all-new Italian Stuffer Roll, specifically engineered by Panera’s bakers to hold premium salad ingredients. The goal? To provide a portable, “perfect bite” that balances soft, fluffy bread with crisp, dressed greens.

The rollout comes with a bold new catchphrase: “Just Say ‘Stuff It!’“ Guests can now transform any signature Panera salad, including the Green Goddess Cobb or Classic Caesar, into a Stuffer.

Alongside the classics, Panera has introduced two chef-crafted options designed specifically for the roll:

• Steakhouse Salad Stuffer: Marinated sliced steak, applewood smoked bacon, gorgonzola, and crispy frizzled onions tossed in a new buttermilk Farmhouse Ranch.
• Santa Fe Salad Stuffer: Grilled chicken with taco seasoning, roasted corn, feta, and blue corn tortilla strips with ranch dressing and fresh cilantro.
