SeaWorld BBQ Festival 2026 is bringing the smoke, flavor, and patriotic fun to SeaWorld Orlando on select weekends from July 4 through August 23, 2026. The seasonal event celebrates America’s 250th anniversary with regional barbecue favorites, live entertainment, specialty beverages, and limited-time menu offerings throughout the park. Guests can spend their SeaWorld BBQ Festival 2026 day experiencing SeaWorld Orlando’s coaster lineup before diving into a menu packed with smoked meats, barbecue classics, loaded sides, desserts, cocktails, beers, and frozen drinks inspired by some of America’s most iconic BBQ regions.

America250 Celebration Comes to SeaWorld Orlando

The 2026 edition of Red, White & BBQ is being presented as part of the nationwide America250 celebration. SeaWorld Orlando says guests can enjoy flavors from around the country while experiencing live music and summer entertainment throughout the event. The festival runs every weekend from Independence Day through late August, making it one of the park’s signature seasonal offerings.

While SeaWorld Orlando has hosted barbecue-themed festivals in previous years, this year’s event places additional emphasis on celebrating American culinary traditions and regional barbecue styles. Guests will find specialty food booths located throughout the park serving everything from brisket and pulled pork to creative desserts and refreshing beverages.
